Company is ok, I've never met Viola, maybe I've texted her I wouldn't know as I've just been texting the number provided without knowing who she was. My main issue is that the scheduling system is all over the place here - it seems like they have a website site *and* another scheduling site open to make appointments. I've made appointments on both 4x, and have only gotten in once. A couple of times either no one's been there or they didn't have me down for an appointment. Then there's the once you get to the building - you don't know how to get it or who you're meeting unless you text the number and hope you get directions, or unless someone lets you into the building (my case) and just wander around very out of place - please let us know ahead of time what to do for all of that. Finally called it quits when I went to my 1:30 appointment and no one let me in, answered my texts, or answered the intercom. Waste of time, got my deposit back so maybe it just wasn't the place for me.

Not only is Jiyoon fully educated and knowledgeable about all things with skin and lashes, but she definitely makes sure her customers are too. I was always weary about lash extensions because of poor work I've seen or the discomfort people mentioned with them. But after getting them done by Jiyoon, my perspective completely changed. I love my lashes so much!! I can't even feel them on my eyes and they opened up my eyes and make me feel so confident. I have monolids (Asian almond eyes) and was always insecure about the size. She fit the lashes according to my facial structure and I can't believe the difference it made. She also was very patient and articulate with the quality of her work. Did not rush the appointment and made sure I left happy. Feeling comfortable with an esthetician is so important to having a good experience.
