At one point I was thinking amputating my legs that's how annoying the pain was. The paresthesia would wake me up at nights and it was almost impossible to fall asleep at nights because the pain was worst when I lay down. After the 4th session which was my last i felt 90-95% pain relief. Since then, only less than a week my pain is completely gone. I didn't need any pain meds just the exercises.

Due to a few more recent injuries I felt this was something I really needed to think about doing. Calling around to other practices to find out what it cost for a new patient, it was over $100 and in some cases close to $200! I learned about The Joint thru Youtube and that a new patient was $29 for consultation, exam & adjustment. I was happy to find out that there was now a location in the lower valley open (there has been a location in the upper valley for 9 years). I went in and everything was very pleasant. I was out of alignment in multiple locations in my spine which was not surprising. I'm very happy about the concept of The Joint and know I will be a regular customer due to the affordability, great hours and ease of getting in (no appointments needed).

This is very disappointing behavior from a medical office, I understand policies should be followed but I am a brand new patient and was unaware my insurance at the time was practically worthless. Front desk said they would call and let me know if I would be accepted back but at this point I don't want to be a patient of such an inconsiderate office. What if I was in a true emergency that I couldn't attend or had no chance to call and reschedule? Would you discard your patients so easily? Shame on you! Do not recommend.
