I did some investigating and found the fuses to power the brand new septic laying on the ground. It never had any power for 2 months! Now I have septic water in the yard, system is not working and everytime I try and call the number it goes to VM with a mailbox that is full! This has been the WORST experience in my life! They need to come fix their huge mistake! Never do Business with this company. We didn't have a choice. From Palm Harbor in Alvin, Blackfoot construction and now these people, have been the worst ever and will not take responsibility for the numerous issues that are happening in a new construction home that is less than 2 months old. Contacted the company about the issue and the response was to use someone else because they can't do anything about it. No compensation, no apology! When they stated that I signed the documents; I clarified that I had signed no documents. The paperwork was handed to me as the technician was pulling away. He never verified with me that both tanks were empty. Only took $316 of my money.
