They changed my water heater in the attic.. the water heater had a leak the messed up my first floor ceiling with a water mark ... at first they were apologetic.. and said they will fix it at no charge to me... To me that sounded great...So they sent this guy over (Probably from Home Depot parking lot) and he did a HORRIBLE JOB.. and I told the company I was highly upset and UNSATISFIED.. And at that point there tone changed And blamed me for the water heater leaking..I have talked to multiple companies that have a plan for leaking water heaters so they don't damage the home.... I feel like the only reason they promised to fix is to get paid for that day.... And my ceiling still looks like crap.. And I have it all in text.. AVOID!!!! COMPLETE FRAUDS AND LIARS!!! We hired these guys and paid a ridiculous amount for them to re-install a hot water heater that was displaying an error code. Apparently, they used a non code compliant part for the water heater re-installation, and it began leaking. We then started getting gas smell complaints. Paid them to go back and they claimed they did a pressure test, and that everything was fine and no leak was found. We then continued to get periodic complaints. Scheduled them again and they completely no showed, blaming me because I didn't pick up the phone when they were on the way, even though I was never supposed to be there because they had a code to get in and my maid was waiting for them. Then we finally hired somebody else and they told us that the line had not been touched in years, so there is no way that anybody had done any pressure test in the past 12 months, and identified the issue as the non-compliant part used by Livas. I reached out to Livas, who promised they would refund at least the non-existant pressure test done. They then made repeated excuses about their invoice system to excuse why it was delayed. They then never sent it at all. They then refused to text about it further and would only communicate via phone call because they were scared of the documentation involved. We may sue them. They are a complete JOKE! read more
