I wouldn't recommend based on their lack of communication and willingness to help. ***UPDATE The owner reached out to me, apologized and was willing to make it right. I had another company already on-call when they reached out initially. Bottom line is that they did what they could to solve the issue and that doesn't always happen. I'd give them another chance had I not already had someone on top of the job.

I am selling my house and the inspector noted 6-7 items that were done wrong on the roof and need to be corrected. I contacted Anderson Restoration and have made ~6 calls to them and still can't get them to give me an answer on their warranty (they evidently did not file the warranty registration with GAF as they were required too). It has been 2 weeks and I am now forced to use someone else to fix the issue. Would NOT recommend using Anderson Restoration.

We had a bill for $36K and we had to pay the bill as soon as possible or they threatened to put a lien on our house. The insurance company only allowed $30K of the expense, saying the additional $6K was extraneous. Therefore we had to cover the extra cost out of pocket. We contacted his company, they advised us that he would need 2 trucks and 4 guys. When they showed up, it was a trailer, 2 guys, and suburban that broke down at least four times In the way to our new home. While we were moving the owner heard we needed a "move out/deep clean". I am sure he saw dollar signs. The owner told us that his girlfriend cleaned houses and he could get her to come by, he also told us there would be light vacuum and we didn't want a shampoo . Needless to say that didn't happen. His girlfriend never showed up. There was no vacuum lines on carpet to indicate it had been vacuum. Tacks in floor, command strips left in walls. The fridge was not cleaned out either. The bathrooms looked like they had been wiped with a wet rag and because of that it got dirty again. I know what you're thinking....why did yall pay? and that is A good point. We were under stress and wasn't thinking. We have learned our lesson and hopes someone can too before and not after.
