So I was recommended to see Khristine Bognot. I heard she was a healer/life coach and I was told to try out her Reiki session just so I could get to know her and have a feel for what she does and what coaching she offers. Her Business was easy to get to and easy parking. I went to see her Monday after having a quick consultation on the phone. Khristine and I talked about my new sobriety, difficulties with life and difficulties with Trusting Men and my fears..She assured me to have faith that My life can be peaceful and positive. I told her about some healing that I wanted to do and that I needed some one on one life coaching by a trained professional. I do have a therapist as well.. but highly believe in Alternative therapy- western medicine. Her sweet voice and her loving eyes really made me feel comfortable and safe. The Reiki experience was one that I will be doing again. She explained my Chakras.. placed crystals which some got extremely HOT.. Looooove Khristine!!! I had my first Reiki Healing session with her yesterday and it was an amazing experience! She's professional, positive, gentle, kind, and funny.
