Not only was the service much less than promised. The owner's attitude is THE most disgusting attitude I have heard in years. They started at 11:15 and left at 1:15. They also took 3 smoke breaks. Angela the main housekeeper could not keep up and did much less than her assistant. Billy her assistant did the kitchen, he did the heavy lifting. Angela unfortunately should not be cleaning houses for a living. At the last minute she refused to do two rooms -- the walk in closet and a bedroom because it was too dusty. I've never heard of a professional housecleaner being afraid of dust. Even after every single piece of furniture was removed she still didn't do it. They have very low standards on what is acceptable for clean. **SERVICE:// The owner has been harassing me, literally. She has personally cursed me out via text... its quite shameful. Future potential patrons of Tonia's Housecleaning, you will have a tough job talking to her if anything goes wrong. She doesn't care about how bad of a job they did or not honoring the price given. She doesn't care about the customer. **SUGGESTION:// In my opinion -- You shouldn't patronize them, but if you do for some strange reason--- have them do a walk-through of what they can do and get everything in writing first.
