Not sure about visiting this place for family vacation, but I would not recommend trying to book your wedding here. We came to visit this place twice and while wasn't my style, I was really wanting to make this work for the sake of the location. I let the owner know all the things we would like for our event, and I made sure to specify that I would like the numbers for their setup and breakdown fee for the ceremony and reception. I received the invoice which included set up for 1/3 of the chairs for the ceremony only. I asked 3 more times in different emails (including other questions) if she would do set up and break down for all chairs and tables for the entire event, and the question was dodged in every email. I finally just asked the question by itself in a final email, and she just ghosted me. A simple "no, we can't do that" would have been fine, but all the unnecessary dodging and ignoring my question when we were about to spend over $5000 and willing to spend more was so unprofessional that I wouldn't even spend a day there (much less have my wedding there). Overall, I was just not impressed with the communication of the owners and staff and will happily find a venue that is willing to answer my questions. read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. My family went there this 2020 thanksgiving. We entered the mobile home on the property Wednesday. The hot water didn't work. The male who is part owner couldn't even find where the water heater was located. I pointed out to him the large dead cock roaches in the bed rooms of this mobile home. The master room with jacuzzi tub was nasty with someone else Pubic hair in tub with dirt. Also the sink had long strands of hair in it. Wednesday Thursday and Friday we had plumbers and staff in and out of the home trying to fix it. We were told to go across the road to another one bed cabin just to bathe . Mind you it's cold and we had little ones. We had a total of 8 people with 2 under the age of 4 with health conditions. The owners (male and female )felt by loaning a golf cart for a few hours was compensation. They didn't want to compensate money wise for the horrible trip. We had people in the mobile home morning, and night trying to fix a water heater with no mask on and coUld have exposed us to COVID.We drove 9 hours for bs janky business owners . Find another place to vacation because it's not here! read more
