I cannot recommend Kicks and Giggles enough. I first started going during my very first pregnancy and absolutely fell in love with this place. From the moment you walk in, the environment is warm, welcoming, and so comforting. The ultrasound quality is AMAZING, the machines don't even compare to the ones at my OB office! Unfortunately, I lost my baby boy in the late second trimester, and during one of the hardest times of my life, Lexi showed such incredible kindness and compassion. She gifted me an angel heartbeat bear with my baby boy's heartbeat inside, and it is truly the most special keepsake I have ever received. It is something I will cherish forever, and I will never forget the love and care she showed me during that time. I am now pregnant with my rainbow baby and still go to Kicks and Giggles as often as I can. After experiencing loss, those moments of reassurance and connection with my baby mean more than I could ever explain. I also did the early gender blood test with them, and I loved that there is a licensed phlebotomist there doing the testing. You hear stories about early gender tests being wrong, but because it's done professionally and carefully here, it's very rare for results to be inaccurate. Lexi and every single staff member at Kicks and Giggles are beyond sweet and compassionate. K&G is truly something special. I recommend them to everyone I know! read more

Lexi was seriously so amazing! Yesterday, my daughter, mom and I went to her so I could surprise my daughter and announce my pregnancy to her. Lexi was so accommodating, she was immediately in on the surprise and did absolutely everything to make sure it was the perfect experience, which it was. I was honored to first see my future granddaughter on the very large TV screen. It was a perfect family event for us! I found out at the last minute that my son and his girlfriend were doing this and I asked to join. The room was set up with lots of room for families to get an inside look at the baby. There were maternity clothing for sale and plush animals that hold a recording of the baby's heartbeat for purchase. Such a special place and the owner was such a kind young lady to my son's girlfriend. My hubby and I stopped in for a Heartbeat Recording Appointment and were lucky enough to purchase their last 2 Pink Gender Reveal Heartbeat Bears! My heartbeat was recorded for Mirarose's to comfort her and her heartbeat was recorded so we could have hers too! It was the owner Lexi's first time recording a mom's heartbeat and the 3D ultrasound photos for the picture frame gave a sweet preview of what she looks like! Even better every session is recorded on the Momitalk app, sweet Mirarose was bringing her hands together and sucking her thumb! The sound wasn't working, but the owner was sweet enough to send me the sound of her heartbeat directly from her computer! Such amazing service, that I left a hefty tip and would definitely return for future pregnancies! I would definitely recommend this woman/mom owned business, what a fun/memorable Babymoon activity ! Today I had my appointment and i beyond thrilled we found this place it's a hidden Gem in Santa Rosa for pregnant moms . I truly appreciate Lexi seeing us I'm about 38 weeks pregnant and most places won't even give you a chance to see your baby at this stage , she was so kind and friendly and captured the best 3D / Hd sonograms I have ever gotten done . I love how this is a family owned company and not a franchise and you feel so welcomed , it's a beautiful clean environment and has a lovely storefront boutique . The sonogram rooms is extremely comfortable with a huge screen TV and a large sectional for family and friends . Highly recommend booking here! I went at 27 weeks for a 30 min appt but baby girl was not cooperating would not show her face. The tech was so patient and tried many different ways to get baby to move but baby wouldn't budge. They allowed us to come back for a second visit and were so thankful. We had Lexi for our second appt and we finally saw baby girls face. Lexi was so much fun and made the experience so memorable. I first found her because I heard about her $35 Valentine's Day special (that she has now made a new package called the 2D special) for a 10 minute session and 2D printed black and white images. At first I thought the 10 minute session would be really short but it's the perfect amount of timing to go in and see baby, and hear the heartbeat. I've been to Kicks and Giggles twice now, and have had incredible experiences both times. The first time, I was about to leave the state and visit family. I wanted to announce the baby's sex in person, but my doctor wouldn't know the sex until our 20 week scan. I went to Kicks and Giggles at 15 weeks and 4 days, before my trip to see family, and got the most amazing images of my little boy. The second appointment was when my mom was visiting from out of state. I wanted her to see an ultrasound, and we will always appreciate that Kicks and Giggles gave us that opportunity. I love the images we got, and friends have commented on how clear and high quality the images are. My husband, mom, and I had such a fantastic experience and got the most amazing keepsakes. We even got to see the baby smile at 32 weeks! Kate was very personable and took her time to get the best pictures possible, even given me suggestions to help the baby move his foot away from his eye so we could get the best possible picture of his face. They gave us a second apt just to see if she would cooperate better, not a chance! Kate was amazing. I appreciated her patience with trying to get the best picture, as hard as that was. Fast forward a few months, I chose to get the newborn photos done here as well. I was extremely skeptical as I now had a newborn who was not your typical sleepy baby. Jennifer was absolutely amazing. I recently had the pleasure of getting a 3D/4D live of my "ever growing miracle". Jen was absolutely amazing! At the doctors it's more about measurements etc. (which is necessary) But with Jen it was more about the fun part. Getting to watch him move in 4D and Jen just as excited as myself watching along. She went out of her way to include our three year old daughter in the process too. We were able to take home a giraffe heartbeat animal which is such a fun and special keepsake.
