Bagel with Schmear and strawberry swirl cake

Great service, plenty of options, amazing quality, and calming ambiance ! My boyfriend and I have been meaning to check this out for a while now. It is a TOP 9 Alliance Allergy free place all the way ! We ordered the lemonade, strawberry swirl cake, and a plain bagel with cream cheese. Gluten free, nut free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, tree nut free, fish and shellfish free. The bagel was my favorite and if you like not too sweet lemonade then you will live theirs like I did! Definitely suggest a visit. They even sold take home pizza dough and cinnamon rolls!!

My friend and I celebrate our birthdays together yearly. We live 2,000 miles from each other, but it is a special time. This year she suggested Kickshaws. Wow! I had the Benny and Joon hot breakfast sandwich which was perfectly toasted with delicious vegan cheese and green apples. Such a nice sandwich! My friend ordered a cinnamon roll and a mocha drink. The cinnamon roll was warm and for a non-dairy, non-gluten food item it was tasty and wonderful. I bought a sourdough loaf to take home. I have tried gluten free sourdough loaves before, and despite my excellent culinary skills, I have never mastered sourdough. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and check Kickshaws out.

This place never misses. From cupcakes to cinnamon rolls, scones, breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and more, everything they make tastes incredible. The flavors are great and every time I go, the staff is so friendly! This place is such a treat!

First they opened late and then nothing was even ready but some plain slices of bread. Not worth the trip nor the wait.

Barely spoke English but I was able to understand her. She took my payment over the phone and I gave her my order. When I came to get the food it was still very warm so as I got to my car I wanted to try one but it was too greasy so I wanted until I got home because I didn't have napkins. I didn't think nothing of it because I had just got them. BUT as I got home & the grease was so much i guess as I was driving some spilled out onto my trunk carpet. Now I'll have to end up cleaning grease out of my trunk (luckily it's a plastic liner). I have never seen this much grease in Tamales. Usually I make them but I had surgery so I couldn't. I took each Tamale out & put them on paper towels. Paper towels were soaked with Lard. So I had to do it again. Again the paper towels got soaked. At the bottom of the container I was able to get over 1 cup of lard/grease. I left the Tamales on the towels to get the grease off. Over night I wanted some so bad I just ate 4. It was so greasy I got sick to my stomach (sharp pains all day & night) & couldn't go (poop) for days cuz the grease. I paid $78 for them & had to end up throwing them away cause it was too greasy. I have never seen so much Lard. The photos attached is just before I put them in the trash. And a day of having them on paper towels to get the grease off. Each one was saturated with lard. This ruined my Christmas cause I was sick to my stomach for days. & was not able to celebrate like we usually do with Tamales on Christmas.

They've been in business for over two generations, and all of the ladies who work there are extremely friendly and they go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service! I'm 70 years old, and if I were younger I would love to work there. They're doing it "ALL right" to still be in a thriving bakery business in our struggling times. I get my holiday orders in early, and once you become a regular customer you'll understand why! They work endlessly to make sure that they have taken care of their customers wants and needs long before Christmas Eve. They close the bakery from the afternoon on Christmas Eve, and they stay closed until after the New Year! We all realize how important it is for their staff to enjoy the holidays with their own families and friends, so we make sure that we're set with our bakery orders and needs before Christmas Eve. We'll be in line and happily waiting for them to open their doors again after the New Year! Thank you for the years of kindness and quality baked goods, coupled with outstanding customer service and hospitality In our community! Sincerely from, Kimberly Ann Hall

Inside you'll find a very cozy mom and pop shop where you can find all sorts of treats from pies cakes cookies and especially donuts. I was sent this location from someone in the area for a request of donuts but when I got there I decided to try a little bit of everything. Donuts are delicious and taste fresh and their chocolate chip cookies are very good with the homemade feel. Service is exactly what you'll expect where the clientele are asking for the owner by name. Definitely recommend if you're in the area
