I literally…read morehad to pay a different dentist to take all of it these recommendations out of my mouth.. thousands of dollar$ I mentioned how traumatic it was dealing with recommended crowns for them to be removed within 3 to 6 months after being put in. Nearly 4 grand worth of work of recommendation that needed to be removed. And this dentist Robby laughed at me over the phone. I can't believe he had the audacity to laugh at what I was describing as my traumatic pain. Scary.. he's willing to absorb the practice ALSO Absorbed the patients that's in play for the business. But not willing to uphold the patients with existing problem and credit? Is it common practice for 3 crowns to be put in only for them to be removed 3 to 6 months later? Why would a dentist recommend crowns that need to be removed? $$$$$$$$$ As if I want to share my personal information with yelp, or google, I have nothing left to lose, spent all of my own personal money trying to fix my situation on my own. somebody like Robbie is willing to belittle you make you feel bad about free speech for a review post and tell you the credit doesn't exist. Bro Thousands of dollars out of pocket for dental work to be complete garbage IN LESS THAN 6 months from this office. Super scary that Americans have to navigate through this for profit business it's not like I'm bringing in a printer or even a $25,000 vehicle it's my body it's my mouth it's my teeth. I have never been treated so disrespectfully from a medical professional; the way Dr Robbie spoke to me.. I don't wish that on any patient. I have the right to advocate for myself, especially when I'm paying for it. If you're out here, doing it on your own, I would strongly suggest you find a female dentist, preferably somebody younger, who isn't about to retire. DONT LET think they can treat you like garbage.

However, I stated that from day one I will only authorize anything that my insurance will cover. EVERYTIME i have my teeth cleaned I end up with a balance and then threats of "legal" action. I should note that these "balances" have never been more than $50-$60 bucks. I was told that I needed 3 crowns totaling $7000 bucks. My insurance would have paid half. They never offered me a payment plan for my share. They never acted like they cared how much money I would have spent with them. This "practice" is totally absurd and I would avoid them at all cost. In a tight economy like ours, thank you Donald, I would rather spend my hard earned money with a practice that actually CARES for the PATIENT, and will not take my money to send the staff on lavish vacation, as posted by themselves on facebook, and I wonder how may patients just pay "balances" that should not have. Avoid this practice at all cost, and I mean "cost" because you are not treated with health in mind but but only profit!

My kids absolutely adore Dr. Sakhi. When I tell them they are going to the dentist they get so excited. Dr. Sakhi is gentle with the kids and speaks to the parents after in a gentle manor. She lets me know what to look for that could be problems, and also let's me know when I shouldn't worry. I've been in love from the beginning, I was able to go in on my son's first appointment. When my daughter started she got to lay on the chair with her brother to feel comfortable. The waiting space is open and warm. The rooms are magical with clouds etc. Even the bathroom is cute. We love it here.

Great Experiences! We have been seeing Dr. Sakhi for 5 years now. My son has a rare genetic…read moredisorder and Dr. Sakhi was the first dentist he allowed to look inside his mouth and clean his teeth. Since he struggles with severe anxiety, he has to be sedated for cavity procedures. This was the second procedure he needed to have and doing it in the office was preferred all around for ease, timeliness and cost. The entire staff was professional, demonstrated compassion, kindness, and encouragement. The anesthesiologists from Dream were superior. Everyone communicated the process and after care thoroughly with follow up calls and texts to ensure he was well. On a side note, as I read the other reviews, especially the negative ones, I struggle to accept their opinion of this dental office. This dental office is out of network for us and possibly for a lot of people which will lead to higher prices. And you know your child best and need to be advocate for them, so if Dr. Sakhi's practice isn't the right fit for your family, that's okay. However, we believe our son receives the best care for his type of disability and I believe Dr. Sakhi can pride herself on taking care of children like my son who cannot and will not have care in a "regular" dental office. At one time, when Dr. Sakhi didn't think she could help us, she referred us out, this is not poor care but rather the opposite, it's caring enough about your patient to ensure they get the best possible care. And when we needed to postpone his procedure due to insurance issues, they worked with us and continued to monitor my son's dental health. They didn't pressure us, they waited until we were ready and for that I am grateful. Thank you Tooth and Co!

As a first-time patient, I was blown away by how comfortable and welcomed I felt from the moment I walked in. Dr. Touh and her staff go out of their way to make sure you're at ease , the level of care and attention they provide is absolutely top-tier. It truly felt like stepping into a family environment where your well-being is the top priority. I never thought I'd say this about a dental visit, but I'm actually excited for my next appointment. Huge thank you to Dr. Touh and her amazing team. If you're looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care, this is the place to go!

While seeing others they were really pushy at selling products and services. I generally do like going to the dentist so that adds an extra layer of anxiety. They did try to sell/recommend a few services but if I declined they moved on. Everyone I encountered was nice and professional. I had 2 appts within like 2 weeks and I chose the earliest time right at open 7am. Both appts went smoothly. The first one went a bit long as I was a new patient and had to have imaging and X-rays done. I like the monitors in the rooms that show the visuals as they explain things. Overall I like the setup of the rooms. Hopefully things continue to go well.
