The nicest most organized resale store I've walked into. I've come in to sell some stuff too and the wait time can be long and I've had stuff that wasn't bought, but that's alright, I guess that's how they keep the place not overpacked. Well the move for the Keller kid to kid was a vast improvement! Way more space, easier to find things ... Now mind you some of the clothes shelves are to high for my 5'3'' self but if it was the best way they found to keep the store looking good it's kind of worth it. Helps pocket book at least cause I see the price before fishing it out. Anyway, unfortunately with the move I've noticed an increase in prices, normally this was the one I'd go to for the best deals but the other two kid to kids I've been to; grapevine & Bedford; have had better deals on similar deals. Which cost one star at least. For example In December found a similar jacket for my son for half of what they were asking at Bedford. Then swim stuff for a better price at grapevine when visiting my mother in law this past month. Also the amount they buy here seems to have gone down as well. My only guess is before they had such a smaller space that they had to do a lot more mark down to get stock out do to space. As well now they have not ever stopped buying where before they would have to stop because of to much stock & if you went in right when they started back up you could get a lot sold. Plus buys have seemed to be taking as long as it was at the old location, only at the old location it was because I had 5 people before me vs maybe 0-2. Which unfortunately with having an active almost 11 month old can get tough cause he wants to be carried or crawled & for 30-hour that can be tough, and I can't totally let him crawl around a store without safety hazards. Which is where I have to drop the other star. The staff has usually been very nice here much more in a pleasant mood than Bedford staff. If you ask for help you will get it, but you have to ask! I have heard complaints about lack of help getting things in & out, they have helped me every time k asked with no complaints. Please Don't walk up with hands to full expecting mind reading or a bell boy. Go in with your kid & ask for help! The staff have to be doing what they are paid to do, not standing by the door looking out the window I case someone needs help ... That second one would creep me out if a stranger came up to my car offering help. read more

Went in between 3pm and 4pm because I knew they had a sign up that said they stopped buying at 4pm. I went up to the sell desk and a sweet girl informed me that they weren't taking buys anymore today because they are short staffed. Okay, sucks but okay. A very rude woman butted in and let me know that they have a sign outside about shortened buy times. I let her know it said 4 and she said that it was actually 3. 1st off, change the sign if it isn't correct. 2nd, you don't have to get an attitude because I believed a sign you had posted. I had no way of knowing it was incorrect. She was then griping at the poor girl who originally told me they stopped doing buys. read more

So it's a bit pricy for the consignment side of things, you can get the same prices if you shop a good sale online as you could for something used here. However it is clean, organized, and the staff is friendly. I haven't tried to sell clothes here but it seemed simple enough. read more

Took a box full off really nice baby girl clothes to sell, they took very few items and told me they'd give me x amount for them. Okay, great. I figured I'd just take the rest of the box to Goodwill to donate, but then they wouldn't give me my box of items back. I was not about to stand there and cause a scene, especially because my little one was already tired of being there, as they took forever to go through the box, so we left. I'm sure they have all of my items on their racks now.. not really happy. read more

The organization of the shoe area is less than desirable, and I think the prices are about 20% too high for a resale store for used goods. Otherwise, I think the store is fun and has lots of options. The employees on this recent visit were pleasant and kind. read more

Complete waste of time if your trying to sell items. Brought all big items and a few bags of clothes and shoes. Was told it would be an hour before they could look at it. Told them that was fine I would come back later. They told that if I leave I'm accepting there offer of my stuff and my items could be sold. So you have to wait forever for a crap offer for them to sell your crap at a higher price. Also, don't bring in target brands cause they won't buy them. They pretty much want name brand clothing. read more

my friend and I brought a huge tub and 2 large pamper boxes of name brand children's clothes to sell. It was near closing time and they told my friend if we left the items we HAD to accept what they offer the next day and they keep the clothes even if we decline. I thought that was odd. After walking around and seeing their prices (high) I thought surely they would give us a fair amount. Long story short they only gave her $20! These clothes were carter, cherokee, child of mine and other name brands. None were stained and some had never been worn by my grandson. If I could give zero stars I would! Their bag sale is a joke. They never clarified nor posted that the only items included were haphazardly thrown in tubs along the wall. Additionally, I wouldn't waste my time ever trying to sell your children's clothing. They take forever and will randomly decide that they don't want certain items but can't articulate why. Honestly, there are much better options out there. I've come here multiple times and left frustrated every time, whether I am buying or trying to sell. I've offered things multiple times like brand new shirts and UGGs that have never been worn and they declined them. Yet when I'm actually shopping there, I come across older, more faded and worn clothes for prices I could pay on clearance brand new. And then all of their policies are so complicated and confusing, you will just leave more frustrated than when you walked in. read more

This is such a cute store, it's really disappointing that their customer service brings the entire place down. We brought some girls clothes in and they were very awkward. They said it'd take 30-45 minutes to look at our 2 items and we had to ask her a question in order to get her to talk to us. Went in today to sell 4 bug bags of brand new (most with tags on) Justice for Girls clothes. They told me I'd have to wait in the store for an hour for offer. Since I live right around corner I asked if I could come back. They said I had to sign a waiver saying if I left the store I would waive my option to decline the offer. Basically whatever they offered I would have to take. Seems a crazy way to do business. They lost out on really great stuff. read more

Clothes way overpriced. Toys priced fair and cheaper than new. Last time I was there I bought several big items & had my toddler with me. There were over 3 employees that I saw & it wasn't busy.... I had to make several trips loading my car with my purchase. Not one employee even offered to hold the door open! It's a convenient location for me. I've been in the Keller store 3 times - once last Fall, once late Spring, and again now in August. All 3 times I went in with 1 bag, and each time they only chose 1 or 2 items. I've done the consignment thing in the state we moved from last year, and I know not to bring in stained and ratty clothing. Anything I re-sell is in great shape and cute, or I toss it. And when it comes to shopping there, the things on their racks ARE sometimes stained, basic, and well-used. Not to mention they are priced more than what I could find them for brand new, or on sale or clearance. It's disappointing because I prefer to support small businesses in the communities, but this place doesn't seem to be community-oriented. Every time I try to sell them clothes, they take 2-5 items and give me everything else back. They're always posting signs saying they need clothes. I check for stains, everything has its match, and still. Waste of my time every single time. Also, I was browsing around when they were "going through my clothes"(hard to believe when everything is perfect condition and none is taken) and 2/5 of the high chairs HAD FOOD ON THEM!! How disgusting. Never going back there, and definitely don't recommend shopping there if they can't even clean off a high chair. 0 stars if possible. They were also rude. read more

I arrived at this location after frantically driving to get there prior to closing time. I was stuck behind a very slow car and turned in the parking lot too far south and finally arrived at 7:01. We tried tapping on the door because two associates were standing and talking at the register. The two associates would not even look at me or entertain the thought of allowing me to purchase the bow. I stood at the door for ten minutes calling the store. I had cash to buy the bow so it should have been a quick transaction. They would not answer the phone and stood at the register laughing. Unbelievable!!!! read more

Decent to buy, but some brands are marked only $2 less than new retail but I always find a few good deals/treasures. Store is clean and well stocked. However the selling policy is another story. Even though they say they buy all seasons at all times they do not and I'm pretty sure they give you $0.50 an item then sell it at 75% of retail price. I'll go to buy a certain needed item but I've decided that even though extra cash is nice I'm better off donating my items and blessing someone. read more

I've never sold here, but I can tell you pretty confidently they aren't picky sellers because the clothing selection they have is sparse, stained, and in general of poor quality. But, that's not the worst part! Their customer service is abysmal! They don't greet you when you walk in, nor do they ever offer to help you, they don't thank you or engage you in any conversation when they're checking you out, and say nothing when you leave. There is usually a group of employees standing around behind the counter, talking to one another (and sometimes about totally inappropriate things for the workplace), they are sloppily dressed, and in general give zero customer service. I would not recommend this store. read more
