We can't say enough about the great service DK has provided--They're easy to schedule, have great rates, picked us up at our house on schedule and have been there, ready and waiting, each time we returned, despite delays and changes to our arrival times. Communication before our trip and at pickup time was superb--we easily found our ride at the airport and train station once we had our luggage. Two different vehicles were used by DK for our trips, and both vehicles were absolutely IMMACULATE and had bottled available for my wife and I. My wife and I are at the point now where we just email David at DK Airport Service whenever we need transportation to/from Boston--we won't take our chances with other limo services.

It can get intense when you find out that some of the sites were not perserved. If you decide to do the self guided tour, you should buy the book at the tour office. The book adds depth to the tour and helps you navigate the sites. Portsmouth is a lovely town and very friendly. Grab lunch or dinner while you are on the tour.

Our Boston to Amsterdam airplane managed to lose my wife's travel bag. Somehow it did not even get on the plane the next day. Jennifer guided us on what to do and also spoke directly to the airline on our behalf. The bag arrived after we left port on a cruise but it caught up to us on the first stop. I had a super early flight (6:20a) and was able to arrive just before 5, get in, get Starbucks (Coffee, Water, Breakfast Sandwich) and eat and drink it with time to spare. They could use a few more amenities, but for the size, it's Ok with what they have. Getting in was super easy and getting an uber to downtown Manchester was quick and not super expensive. It's not too far from downtown like some airports.

Check-in is usually a quick breeze with super short lines. TSA process is super fast and I've never waited more than 10 minutes going through. If you are collecting luggage on your return, you will have minimum wait. Airport is super clean and their staff are very friendly and helpful. Food options past TSA are limited to Burger King, Starbucks, Dunkin, 2 sit down restaurants and a general store for souvenirs and snacks. If parking at the airport it's $14/day.
