We just returned from our second European trip that was booked by Cindy. The hotels she recommended (7 of them!) were all clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. She suggested ways that we could save money and provided us with discount codes, too. Cindy went "over and above" when we couldn't locate our tour guide for the Eiffel Tower. I contacted her by text and she immediately went to work to identify and provide me with the guide's mobile number and also, provide the guide with my number. Long story short...we connected with the guide and were able to enjoy all the benefits of a guided tour over general admission. Cindy did not fulfill my request to put them in excellent hotels in good neighborhoods for each part of the trip. Although I did not go to Italy, the problems Cindy created because of her inattention to my requests were expensive to solve. The group enjoyed Italy despite Cindy. It was only because my daughter was proactive and worked around her incompetence that the trip was successful. I would not recommend Cindy.
