I was also shocked to hear that it was only $30 for the drive based on where I am in Bedford. They were on time at 3:45am the next morning and the driver was very courteous!! I called them again the day before I was flying back into Manchester for a 12am pick up at the airport and ride back home to Bedford. They remembered me from the previous pick up and again, were available and again, only $30! A lot of other airport or shuttle services cost at least $100! At midnight, they were waiting for me at the airport as planned and made our departure and arrival a breeze!!! Thank you!

By 7:15 that morning, they had called the cruise line, cancelled the cruise, got me refunded on all the packages and rebooked me on a future cruise (which actually saved me money). They are now helping me deal with a claim issue on my refund. This is why I always use them instead of dealing direct with the cruise line.
