The "mechanic" said to me " as long as I line the valve stem up with the dot printed on the tire they are balanced." This is not true so for anyone that is planning on going to this business please think twice. Not only do they not know what they're doing. When I went to pay, the owner opened the cash drawer and laying with the cash was what appeared to be a meth pipe. I don't know for sure I am only going by what I've seen on television! I am including pictures so you can make your own choice, but other than the price absolutely nothing else is any good with this place.

It was a cold Friday evening at 4:30 and we had to leave our car at Friendship for a diagnosis Saturday am. To make a long story short, we were going to have to stay in Princeton and miss our Vacation. There were no rental cars available. We could not drive our car until it was fixed. Well that's when the Friendship team stepped up. They didn't know us and we didn't buy our car from them, but they came to our rescue. They offered us a car to use to continue on our vacation at no charge. I can't say enough good about them. This dealership is the best. We called daily and spoke to Arron, the service manager as to what was going on with our car. He was extremely nice and always helpful. He was actively involved in solving our car problems. Beyond his help was Gavin PETTREY, the service director and the general manager, Mike Gunter. I am sure every one of them was involved in this process and saving our vacation. They worked together as a team to help us and even gave us a loaner car! They also did the necessary servicing while they were solving our car problem. Customer service is their game. You don't find these hometown ethics today. STELLAR SERVICE!!!!!
