If your expectations are that a crew of people will come to your home in a pickup truck with extension ladders and be done in an hour, that's not quite right. In our particular case, it was just one person, Diego Garrido. Diego is personable and polite. He meticulously removed and cleaned the screens and cleaned the windows and all the crevices in the window sills and tracks. It is a tedious process. What helps is that he uses a sophisticated water filter to take out impurities and keep your windows streak free. As you can see in the pictures, the end result is that the windows look great.

He came out for the scheduled date but didn't have anything he needed to fix the windows so we rescheduled. He Kept contacting us to reschedule asap so we did, but the day of he was a no show. No contact no nothing an hour later after no show we texted him but he responded with a is it ok if I come around 3-4 pm? We resheduled it again of course, and he made that appointment again for the day he was available just for him to go out of state and he sent another guy out to finish his job. That guy finished the job but left without any form of payment. Late at night Jiar texts to see when we will pay him and how because the other guy he sent finished the windows but just left. Basically he kept pressing about when he will get his money and he's out of state and yada yada yada. So after we responded with cash payment he responded with a I'll be there on Tuesday at 8 am to pick up the money And that was it. The audacity that he just basically demanded his payment and then stated when and what time out of the day to just show up when he choose was ridiculous and rude af! He was lucky I was just trying to be respectful and patient with him the whole time because it was not for me but for my mother. But we did reach out to him again for him to come fix the two trims on the window that they did not put in correctly and of course he decided he didn't want to respond. I waited a week to contact him again and it's now over another week week and a half that he have not responded back still. So choose another business because obviously this guy does not care enough about his business if it is his and does not care to come back and fix things after he receives his payments.
