On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted True Coat Painting on a Thursday afternoon around 2.00 pm. Travis Beasley arrived 40 minutes later and by 5.25 pm that evening I had an estimate for painting the outside of my house. I accepted his estimate and the work began the next Monday. I changed one of the colors and this was not a problem for True Coat Painting. The crew did an excellent job of pressure washing my house, cleaning the gutters and preparing the house for painting. All of this - pressure washing, preparation and painting - took three days. His men were very polite and respectful of my house which has an interior atrium so they had to come into the house to prep and paint it. Travis spent one day installing new hardware and new lights. The crew arrived on time, politely explained the process, took pride in their work and diligently completed our stained deck. One painter took the initiative to climb up on the ladder after noticing water dripping from the gutter. Thinking we had dirty gutters he discovered the shingles were installed incorrectly and water was seeping through a crack and completely missing the gutters. Travis and his team scraped and skim coated my textured ceiling. They did a amazing job! His contractors showed up when expected and was extremely respectable of our home. Scrapping texture off of ceilings is a extremely messy job,but the contractors kept the mess restricted to the area they were working on. I love my new flat ceiling! read more
