I'm currently hooked on the Tomato Caprese sandwich, which is inspired by the tomato caprese salad. It's HOT, cheesy and super DELICIOUS! I enjoy this location solely for its size. The product and size of the location are mind blowing. Customer service isn't there, all staff were silent and or looking busy. If you do your research on what you want to find, I'm sure you'll find it here. The cafe is even a great size. Now with the customer service being nonexistent, I could spend hours here unbothered. You can find a spot and read your day away. Magazine section is unbelievable so if that's your jam, this is the place for you here. Great parking, I can always find a spot close to the door. Your kids have an area to stretch their legs, even if there are multiple families in the area, you'd need 8-9 families to feel crowded. Overall I would return, again, the amount of product here is amazing and I can always find the book I'm looking for. read more

The booksellers here were very helpful and lead me to discover a whole new genre of books that I am very excited to explore. After I got my books, I went to the cafe where a pleasant young lady named Quinn gave an exquisite recommendation for one of the best Lattes I had ever consumed. After wracking my brain to figure out where in the world I could go find a Consumer Reports - car edition magazine, it dawned on me that a...bookstore might (I'm quick like that). I headed straight for the magazine section (HUGE!) and told myself that if I ever reach a point of boredom in life, I should just come to a B&N and browse their magazines to pick up a new hobby...every topic just HAS to be represented in there. Anyway, I couldn't find the darn magazine, so I went to the check-out to ask one of the associates who wasn't helping anyone. It seemed like she had to catch herself to not show annoyance when pointing that I could ask at the Customer Service desk for assistance. Eh, it's the holiday season...I probably would reach a point of overload and force myself to be nice, if I were in the same shoes. The customer service rep was helping someone on the phone, so I killed some time on my phone (started yelping, actually ;-). When she was off the phone, she immediately took care of my question and quickly walked me to the very magazine issue I was inquiring about (seemed like a magic trick...HOW?). When checking out, I had the same associate who pointed me to the customer service counter and she was extra-kind for the remainder of our interactions. Like many B&N, the staff here seems aggravated by the fact that in 2016 people show up to bookstores and look at things. And touch things. I rarely come here without buying something (thanks for the gift card Grandma!) but the staff still seems annoyed that I have kids who want to touch things in the kids section. Whatever. read more

Janelle who was at the register was RUDE! No customer service at all! Didn't say hi and then told me I couldn't have a bag even though I bought two items. I didn't want to look like I was stealing! Just give me a freakin bag! IF YOU HAVE A BAG SHORTAGE PUT A FREAKING SIGN UP AT THE REGISTERS! Mangers, this shouldn't be your first rodeo! Always a dangerous store for me because I love reading. But the kids always find none book items which can be irritating. They always have the latest Doctor Who,five nights at Freddys, whatever the kids want plus Legos, games. I have met friends at the cafe and they consistently upsell which can be irritating, but a simple no thanks shuts them down. read more

I have been to this books store a number of times over the years! The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Most of the whiners in the other reviews seem to be west suburbanites who expect a blow job at every corner while shopping. Grow up and realize a book store is for people who have 1/2 a brain and can read signs for what section a book might be in....keep it up BN!!!! read more

Although parking can be a bit of an issue, especially on weekends or holidays, this Barnes and Noble is conveniently located near Ulta, Byerly's and Target. My advice is to find a central spot and do all of your shopping in one swoop. The staff is exceptionally helpful...they even took the time days before Christmas to walk me to the book I was looking for. It took less than a minute to find someone ready to help too. The checkout line was long, but they had everyone working and it went very fast. Plus, it was the holidays, you have to expect long lines, but in this day, you can't even dream that the store is staffed correctly. read more

Large, generic, chain bookstore struggling to stay open by selling a large selection of DVDs, music and games. Everything is pretty pricey (even the large selection of clearance items ) but I guess you don't have to pay for shipping. read more

They don't even have an occult or magic section. And their non-Christian religion section is tiny, while there's a whole aisle for Christian literature. Pretty lame if you ask me. It's a great place to find gifts and Calendars but that's about it. read more
