We had an excellent check-in process. The physician Dr. Ramadan was very patient, informative, and great with my daughter.

Staff was so angry and unkind. Given it was a Sunday but they seemed to hate being there. We left and went to another place.

Immediate Care - Edmond: A Terrible Experience from Start to Finish…read moreI went in for a simple blood draw, something that should take ten minutes or less. What I experienced instead was a display of inexperience, confusion, and blatant lack of supervision. The staffer assigned to me was visibly nervous from the start. She left the room multiple times -- first because she forgot something, then again after failing to get the blood from my right arm. When she returned with another staff member, things somehow got even worse. He appeared just as unsure and uncomfortable with the procedure as she did. They prodded, hesitated, and whispered like this was some advanced operation instead of Basic Phlebotomy 101. After two failed attempts--one in each arm--and no successful draw, the male staffer finally said, "Do you want me to write you an order for a DLO?" I agreed, expecting at least prompt follow‑through. But instead, both of them left the room, and fifteen minutes later, I was still sitting there bleeding and waiting, with no update, no apology, and no sense of accountability. Eventually, I walked out--angry, frustrated, and honestly concerned for anyone else trusting this place with their care. This was pure inefficiency and a failure of training from the top down. A supervisor was nowhere to be found. And hearing the staffer mention she wanted to become a physician was almost alarming--because if you can't perform a basic blood draw, what business do you have practicing medicine? Immediate Care - Edmond needs serious retraining, oversight, and management attention. Patients deserve professionalism, not a chaotic guessing game with needles.

Up until now it was very good. However, our neighbors had told us as of recent your location was worthless. I am 83, my husband is 73. Spring and fall we have respiratory illnesses. I have bronchitis and laryngitis for three days. I still have it. He has a severe sinus infection and excessive coughing for four days. The "so called doctor on staff," did not introduce himself, but the prescription bottle says J. Manning. He did not touch my me, stethoscope or anything. I know my body and know what our regular Mercy doctor prescribes, he would do nothing. He told me to take NyQuil. Good advice for someone who has diabetes and high blood pressure. He prescribed benzonatate for my husband. It hasn't helped the coughing. You charged us $65 a piece, and didn't even touch my me or offer a medicine. Please refund our $130 based on total lack of care, professionalism, concern, nor diagnosis. He did read his mercy screen from chair. We have been patients of Mercy for over 30 years and I have always given stellar ratings. But Dr Manning needs to go or be sent to your worst competitor. Carole Tiemann

He doesn't get home until 7:00pm and most urgent cares close at 8:00pm. So we immediately went to the nearest one, which was this location, and arrived roughly at 7:10pm. As soon as we walk in, who I am assuming is the receptionist, is standing in the lobby and whips around and looks completely confused as to why we are there. I then asked if they were still open, and she goes to say "well yeah, until 7:30, have we seen you before?" I go "well if it's too late we can go somewhere else, but no you haven't seen us before" she goes on to walk into the back behind the counter obviously annoyed and slamming the door behind her. I then brought up once again if we need to go somewhere else we would. She then goes "well it's just like, I have an hour drive home" as if that is supposed to be my problem? If you cannot have any sympathy for someone who is not feeling well, don't work in healthcare. We happily went somewhere else, and they have taken great care of my boyfriend. I will never come back here. So sad to see how many bad apples are in the healthcare field nowadays.....

If honesty in billing is important to you then take your business elsewhere.
