I made my reservation about 8hrs before my events and Ricardo was very understanding of my situation. I got a good deal, they showed up on time and it took them about 10mins to setup. I always rent from Solano Jump since I moved to Suisun 2 years ago and they were so awesome. I paid for a rented generator a couple weeks ago online and I get a phone call less than 24 hours from the day of my event that I couldn't purchase anything under $80. Mind you, there was no where on my receipt or fine print stating that I couldn't rent anything under $80. I felt if that was the case why did my order go through and why the staff contact me so late. On top of that, my event was at a park and they wanted to deliver at my house in Suisun but there place is in Vacaville and my event was in Vacaville and I was charged for a further delivery. I'm so upset cause I've never experienced this kind of customer service from Solano Jump. Scottie who reached out to me told me, well we're only suppose to rent for 4hrs since we're at a park. I was told I had to refill the generator yet on my contract it does not state that. Every place I've lived and rented from in San Francisco they have never charged to fill up the generator after using. I felt like she was being rude to me on the phone and just telling me in future reference I can't rent under $80. From here on out I am no longer using Solano Jump for business. read more
