Ricardo was awesome! I wasn't sure if the water slide I wanted would fit in my yard, he said no problem I'll come right over and check for you. He was there within 15 mins measured and said it was good to go. Party day arrived and the slide was even better than I thought it would be. Very clean and he set it up within 10 mins! We use rentals at least once every couple months. This is the first time we used this company. They were very friendly and organized. Ricardo was very friendly and professional. The waterslide we rented was of great quality. The only complaint I have. Well not even a complaint really. But just a comment. They do charge you for supplies which other companies we have used do not. We purchased the supplies for snow cones. And at pick up was asked for the bottles back. One was still almost full. This company was great!!! I rented a bounce house, ball pit balls and a bubble machine for my sons first birthday and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my rental! They came out and set it up, moved it where we wanted without an issue. SUPER NICE bounce house! Clean and shiny! I thought it was brand new! When he came to pick it up (he called first but I missed his call) we still had some kids bouncing in it (they stayed later than the party times I requested) he said it was no big deal and let us keep it one additional night at no charge! Ordered the Monster High Bounce House for my daughters 6th bday party. Such an easy process of ordering, payment, drop off and pick up. Bounce house was clean and the kids loved it. Booking was easy, the manager was polite, friendly and easy to work with... My problems started with the delivery. We rented the bounce house, boxing equipment, tables and chairs. The delivery crew were young kids managed by one young man, my problem wasn't their age but their absolute confusion about what they were supposed to be doing. Only the one young man knew what to do the other 3 just wandered around waiting for instruction so this means it took twice as long to set up. My REAL issue came with pick up. I received the call with the pick up window for the next day for 11:00-12:00, come 1:15 they were still not here and I received NO PHONE CALL stating they would be late. I called the office because I had other commitments to be at and had to leave a message. I again got the manager who called me back timely and had to follow up with the driver. I was told he was headed over to pick up soon. Finally over 2 hours LATE two guys show up to get everything without any apologizing for the inconvenience. Yes the manager provided good customer service but the people I actually had to deal with for services left much to be desired. If you use them my only suggestion is don't tip the delivery guys until after pick up, $50 you'll regret! Hope your experience is better... Addendum- as I said before the customer service from the office was good and all would have been forgiven if there was an apology from the delivery staff when they finally showed up. I received zero aknowlegment that they were late or caused any inconvenience. I waited to do any review or survey until after they left giving them the opportunity to apologize. These people are the face of your business and should have at least taken ownership of their mistake. read more

Hands down the best bounce house rental place in the area. They are very reasonably priced and had prompt delivery. They were a little short staffed and had to pick up the bounce house late and gave us the extra time for free which our kids loved. Very good communication and excellent set up and service. We rented a toddler jumper with slide. The driver and his son were early, and left the jumper later which was appreciated. They were kind and helpful.
