We've gone to the youth clinic for seven years now. Their providers are mostly wonderful and…read moreknowledgeable for the most part. The customer service, however has gone downhill. They no longer have a phone nurse triage line. If you want to be seen for a sick visit, you will not be able to get an appointment, so you need to go wait with the rest of Fort Collins for two hours at the urgent care. Their staff seems to be in pure survival and self protective mode ever since Covid, and seem to have forgotten polite customer service skills. We will keep going because we are still appreciative of the medical care that our children receive when they are able to be seen, but it's basically impossible to be seen if they are sick unless you wait at the urgent care, and be sure to set up an appointment for anything else several weeks to months in advance or you also won't get an appointment there. They switched up their online system and are no longer sending text reminders. If you show up to an appointment at the wrong location, even if you are early and could make it to the other location, they will cancel your appointment and you will have to wait several weeks to be able to get a new one unless you personally reach out to the provider and talk them into sneaking you in for an urgent matter Hopefully their management can get a hold of all their peripheral and customer service issues, because they have several unhappy customers. I looked on the website to try to find a management contact information so I can address my concerns directly, but I couldn't find anyone to email and unfortunately couldn't wait on the waiting time that I had to talk to somebody. So I'm posting a review here instead. Good overall on the medical care, but below average on the accessibility and customer service to get medical care. Hopefully they can get some good management in to troubleshoot all their issues so we can get back to what the Youth Clinic used to be!

He takes the time to truly listen, explain, and makes us feel confident in our child's care. Nurse Carli is a gem; so gentle, friendly, and always going above and beyond to make our little ones (and us!) feel at ease- even on shot days!! Truly the entire staff is magnificent! Though we have multiple pediatric offices just five minutes from home, we gladly make the 25 minute drive because we know we're getting the best care. We had no access to the portal, no way of contacting the clinic or anyone on the billing side to ask why our secondary wasn't billed. we had to eat the cost because of the lack of care for patients since Dr Pham left. we loved Dr Pham! finding a caring doctor for your child is so rare! im so peeved that we had to spend money here to avoid collections. this should be a crime.
