We are so grateful to have found Centennial Valley Pediatrics. Both offices come highly recommended in the mom groups, so we decided to go there for our daughter. We feel fortunate to have such a good team to help with our daughter. Our daughter was born at 32 weeks, so we were very intentional with choosing our pediatrician. We are so glad we chose Dr. Pulliam. She gives amazing care, takes the time to answer all of our questions, makes great recommendations, and really helped calm our fears with our concerns about our child's prematurity. Our daughter is thriving now at 20 months and we owe a big part of that to Centennial Valley Pediatrics. We absolutely love bringing our daughter here. She was born in June of this year and we've gone for a few regular checkups, as well as recently having to go through RSV and get hospitalized for it. Every step of the way we've had 0 complaints about Centennial Valley Pediatrics. From the staff up front to the nurses to the multiple doctors we've seen, everyone has been kind and spends time with us to ask all our questions. We especially love Dr. Pulliam and Dr. Rolfson. We've never felt that they were rushed to get through our appointment - they always spend the time with us and make sure to ask us if we have any more questions. I have come here a couple of times to simply request medical records. Both times the process was as easy as one, two, three. After years of being with this office, throwing in the towel! I hope they're happy. This is over a $7.32 charge. The billing office got their money, but I never got a phone call from the manager as requested. The billing office tells me that the message was given to the manager. So I'm left to believe that the manager ignored me. There is better customer service in the world of pediatrics. There are also offices in the same area with doctors who stay with their practice for decades, unlike what we experienced at Centennial Valley. read more

We love this office for all 3 of our kids! The reception is always courteous and extremely flexible with making appointments, payments, and answering questions. Dr McClosky is wonderful with our kids at every age and is very thorough in her exam and assessments. Doctors apparently are unwilling to see sick children in the Broomfield/Erie office. Granted, my child is not sick, but I would like a medical professional's opinion of my child's skin condition. Apparently, I can only speak to a nurse, and they are expecting people to make a diagnosis regarding their own children. I'm not sure why a doctor, having made a hippocratic oath, would refuse to see any child in need, regardless of the problem. I'm assuming that they go to the grocery store and get their hair cut, etc., etc., and they would be upset if the service wasn't provided. I am disappointed. I will find a pediatrician who wants to serve children. read more

Love all of the doctors, I never feel rushed. I am always able to get all of my questions answered. If I call to talk to the nurse they always return my call the same day. I also feel like I can get an appointment the same day when I need to see someone urgently. read more

We LOVE Centennial Valley Pediatrics. Dr. Grathwohl is our son's pediatrician and he is thorough and he has a great sense of humor!! Everyone we've seen here has been great! We never wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting area (which is superb with an infant). There urgent after hours in the evening and on the weekends have been a life saver for our son who gets constant ear infections. I highly recommend this office!! read more

I have been taking my kids here for over ten years. They office is easy to work with. When your child is sick they get you in that day. They have flu shot clinics and parents can get their shots there too. They have had some doctors come and go but the quality of the staff, from the front office to the doctors are consistently high. Dr. Wright has been our primary doctor for our boys and he is what you always want in a doctor, kind, patient and knowledgeable. This is the best place in town for your kids. read more

I am extremely displeased with this office. They misdiagnosed my daughter's WHOOPING COUGH, and told us it was a 'virus'. As a result, my partner and I both got very ill and missed weeks of work collectively. When we brought my daughter back in, Dr. Fisher apologized to us and promised to write off our visit, being that we would not have even needed to come back had they gotten the diagnosis right the first time. Over a year passes by, and thankfully my daughter stays relatively healthy after her cough goes away. Then this spring, she got a sinus infection that required antibiotics. I took her into the Erie location (which is much nicer and cleaner) to get her on a z-pack, and all was well. Then, I suddenly get a call for a balance on my account, part of which was from the visit that Dr. Fisher promised to write off! Obviously there is no communication between doctors and billing staff, as they are refusing to write off the $70 balance to make things right. I tried to be understanding about this entire issue, because mistakes do happen even in medical offices. However, their lack of accountability and refusal to make things right has led me no choice but to write this review to warn other parents. Please do not trust these people with the care of your children, I am appalled by their lack of competency and bad business practices. read more

Very average place and a horrible billing dept. Stay away if you can. Hard to get doctors appointment. I was once late for about 12 minutes and they rescheduled me for a month later. I drove all the way from south Denver to get my kid in and was disappointed. It's not like someone was waiting to get in or something. read more

We really LOVE Centennial Valley. While Dr. Wright is not our favorite provider, every other provider at the office has been superior. I always get a call back promptly when I call the nurses/doctors line, they are always able to fit me in when I call, and I always feel my daughter is VERY well taken care of. We absolutely love this office! Every doctor has been wonderful but we especially love Dr. G. He can get my children dancing and laughing even at their sickest. Beware! Your annual wellness visit may or may not be fully covered by your insurance at Centennial Valley Pediatrics. CVP cannot seem to code all of their services in such a way that insurance companies will nccessarily accept those charges as the free annual preventive care you are owed by your insurance company. CVP thinks this is your insurance company's problem, not theirs; and the result is then you have to pay CVP out of pocket for the services. And no, they wont negotiate or fix the problem even when you get the insurance company to tell them the proper code to charge to get the service covered; CVP will however happily charge you late fees until you give in and pay them. read more

This is for the ERIE office and particularly Dr. Wright! OMG what a jerk. I went here as we normally go to the Louisville office. We were the last appointment of the day and were kept waiting an hour! He came is very disorganized and distracted, and spent 5 minutes with my child before he told me my child was making up his pain! So rude. Sorry Dr. my child is not a liar and he gets plenty of attention at home so think again! He complained about his commute and wanting to quit. Thanks a lot can I have my money back please. Oh btw, I went to another doctor and my child had a stress fracture. I would never recommend this place. read more
