When I arrived at the office, 15 minutes before my visit, I saw that they had moved. I then walked back to my car and proceeded to call them repeatedly, getting sent to voicemail each time. I left several messages, letting them know I'd gone to the wrong office. By the time I finally located the new address, drove there, and walked up to them, it was 10 minutes past my appointment time. They refused to see me. I'd taken off work, called them, pleaded with the person at the front desk, asked to speak with the nurse - they still wouldn't see me. I was TEN MINUTES LATE. Their justification was that they emailed me in 2024 that their office moved - which went to my junk mail and sat unread all this time. I will never go back to this place and would not recommend anyone else trust them either.

Because he got the physical, we didn't schedule a well visit right away. Doctor Knott refused to call in the prescription (even a single tablet dose). So, my son had to just endure the migraine untreated. The lack of flexibility in this situation was stunning to me. We'd been at this practice for many years and yet they were completely unwilling to help us out in an emergency situation by simply calling in a single dose, knowing what my son was experiencing.
