Dr. Branson came out to say hi to my kids when we were about to be taken back for our appointments. Brushing teeth has been a bit of a battle in my house, so to see both kids opening their mouths wide and having fun while getting their teeth cleaned was huge. It also helped that they allowed both kids to pick out new toothbrushes and take a few toys from the toy drawer. A quick tip to parents though: You might want to have your kids wait until the end of the visit to get their prizes, rather than between the cleaning and exam, lest you have kids who are itching to get back into that magic drawer. My visits were always made easier by their kindness, patience, and gentleness. Luckily at the time, I was working and had good insurance, so no worries. At one point, I found myself without dental coverage and used their practice financial program. The price was reasonable for two cleanings/year and discounted interventions. Well this year I was able to purchase insurance off the marketplace and was assured verbally and online that Denzinger took the insurance. However, when I tried to use it I was told "we haven't taken that insurance in six months". Ok well someone screwed up, nothing I could do as I was told repeatedly by the receptionist and office manager. (And it "wasn't their fault") I asked what the cash pay price would be and was told "since you have periodontal disease" it would be $175.00 for a cleaning. The problem being I have NEVER been told I have periodontal disease. I've always been congratulated on the good condition of my teeth and gums. The point of this review is a dental practice can have outstanding hygienists and doctors however it's still run by the business office! So if you have good dental insurance or a pocket full of cash you're just the patient they want. Longevity and dedication do not matter. I would have purchased their practice financial plan but that went up by $300.00. Just too much about money and not enough about caring.

I end up getting the filing done, and GUESS WHAT? I'm paying over 100 dollars for both. My wife, who asks a lot of questions, looked more into it. I think called Cigna, who said this office isn't in network, when on their website they are, lol. I called Jeff Commons, they claim to be in network, but the woman I spoke to told me Cigna downgraded the coverage for Composite, and would only pay for Amalgam. I then find out the Dr.Deborah Rodighiero ISN'T EVEN IN NETWORK! Now, I'm stuck with an addition 200 plus dollar bill on top of the over 100 I paid for. This is unacceptable. Why didn't you do your due diligence before you did my filings and make sure the composite filings were covered?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
