I just want to share my experience with Kids Dentistree in Richmond Hill, because I'm livid. - My son had his first ever dentist appointment in March. (Hes 3. I didn't know to take him sooner. We brushed his teeth and he never had any complaints) The dentist found cavities. She said they were very deep and she wanted to do two baby root canals and caps on his top molars and 2 fillings on his bottom molars. She said he would need to be sedated for almost an hour in office. I was told if I opted for laughing gas, and he wasn't doing well they would bring in more staff to hold him down because they would finish the procedure once they started. My total bill would be $1200 as the sedation isn't covered. I called a second pediatric dentist for a second opinion She said that even though they didn't have xrays she was certain he didn't need any root canals and she only wanted to cap one tooth and she could fill the other 3 teeth. (She explained that these cavities were from under developed teeth and likely a genetics issue.) She also recommended a liquid Valium and laughing gas, but if he wasn't responding well we could reassess and choice a different option... he wouldn't be forced to continue. We just completed the work with them today and my bill was less than $450. read more

I'm so obsessed with this dentist office! A few months ago my middle son had to have a tooth pulled. Kid's Detistree kept everything so calm he didn't even have any clue his tooth was being taken out. 3 hours later when I finally told him, he was like "Oh! I didn't even know!" Everyone here is so kind and just amazing with my boys! They get all my boys in at once and it's seriously such a blessing!! Thank you for being amazing! read more

This is an amazing dentist office. Both my daughters are seen here and when we move, we are definitely going to miss this place. My daughter doesn't do too well with meeting new people let alone any kind of doctors, but they made her feel comfortable and safe. The staff is friendly and go above and beyond. read more

I cannot say enough good things! We have 2 little ones on the spectrum, so trips to the dentist can be tough. But everyone here did amazing to help make today's appointment a success! The waiting room was super fun for the kids. And once we were called back, there were TVs above each chair! All the staff was amazing! And the dentist/ assistants were really good with kids. They even have a little "cavity free club" and a treasure box too! We'll definitely be back!! read more

Dr. Willox and the back office staff are wonderful. I would recommend them to any parent. The front office and billing staff start right out the gate with the strong arm and ultimatums. My child's appointment was less than 24 hours ago and they are already threatening me because I'm missing an SSN. Ridiculous. read more

The first 3 visits with my daughter were fine. However, her grandparents took her in for what was supposed to be a free fix of a filling they had done that had fallen out. They treated them like the unwanted stepchild. Every patient in the office, including the ones that had appointments after my daughters were taken before she was. After waiting over an hour past her appointment time and there was no one left in the waiting room they finally took her back. When they got to the back, the tech said they had already filled this tooth twice, which they had not. When the doctor finally came in the room, she kept saying how she had already filled this tooth 3 times, which was also a lie. My daughter had only been 3 times, the first of which was the initial appointment and the next 2 were for the initial fillings in her teeth. This was the first time she had been back to fix a filling they had done only 2 months earlier. They were trying everything they could to charge for the appointment to fix the work they guaranteed for 1 year and were extremely rude about it. They not only treated them badly but were willing to falsify health records to make money off of my 3 year old daughter. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone. read more
