We stopped in with our 16 month old on the way from Denver to Colorado Springs. The facility was clean, welcoming, the staff was friendly, and our little guy had a blast! Spacious bathroom with changing table as well.

We had my sons bday party after hours here and they were so nice and helpful. The area was cleaned up for us and the owner helped us with the food delivery, drink, set up and clean up. I wish the food area was a touch bigger it was a bit cramped for kids and parents to eat but it's a nice spot and unique. We had 10 kids and the space was plenty big to play.

This spot is super cute for all ages. There's a spot for babies only to keep them separate from bigger kids. They have a party room with a private pit too. They have small snacks brand drinks for sale.

Had my son's 3rd birthday party here last week. Working with Kids Dig to plan the perfect party for him was a painless experience. They were so kind and made sure we had everything we wanted/needed for a successful party. We rented a private room which gave our event a more intimate feel. The space is a bit tight if people bring strollers. I did wish there were three large tables in the room instead of two. It would've given everyone more room to spread out and would have allowed us to put all the food/presents on one table with the other two designated just for sitting/eating. I appreciated that the room had a refrigerator/freezer for food and some utensils in case something was forgotten. The first hour the kids got to play in the sandbox. After that they closed that part of the room so we could eat lunch and have cake. Originally the party time was only 1.5 hours but they offered to give us an extra 30 minutes for $50. We decided to do so since it takes little ones a while to eat. We were glad to be able to extend the time. I do wish the parties would be 2 hours though especially for kids between 2-4 years old; 30 minutes to do lunch, cake, and presents is too short. We were glad we could extend the time since there were not parties after ours that day. The room was nicely set up. They even wrote happy birthday and my kid's name in the sand for him! They also set up the kids table with hard hats, plates, etc. We were allowed to bring in our own food and cake which I loved! It's so great when a venue doesn't force you to eat only their provided items. Cleanup was painless since they took care of that for us. They even helped us carry our stuff to our car afterwards. All the kids had a great time and I would definitely recommend Kids Dig to others for a birthday party or just a fun day out with the kids.

Kids Dig was recommended by a friend and my 18 month old and (almost) 3 year old LOVE it. It's a locally owned business and is a giant and clean sandbox with all the trucks, diggers and excavators my boys could dream of. They take such good care of it, seems like they rake or compact the sand in the AM and are constantly sweeping up the stairs & sitting areas. They split up sessions by 1/2 hr so you can go for 30 mins- however long you fancy with the price $17/hour, similar to most Metro Denver kids play places. The first time there my littlest got sand in his eye and the owner Audrey was sweet enough to bring some saline to flush it out. They recognize us and always make us feel valued for returning and sharing it with other friends. Can't say enough about finding this place and Audrey & Mark (the couple that runs it), highly recommend!

I don't need sand in my house, it's all here. A dream for kids and Adults alike. Tons of toys! Well done!

My LO had a lot of fun here. He's at the stage where dump trucks and bulldozers are the THING. There's a huge sandbox with a ton of trucks, shovels, buckets and other sand toys. We were here for 1.5 hours and he could've stayed longer. There are some rooms to hold birthday parties and private events. Shoes and socks are not allowed in the play area for anyone. Eating is also not allowed in the sand area. It did not feel overcrowded on a hot Saturday morning. An hour was $17 and if you need to add time you just pay the difference in price between the tiers.

Good time for my 16 month old. Plenty of space and toys for all kids to play with and wasn't crowded on a hot day.

Would this place be good for a 16 month old?

Yes, they have a special area in the sand for little ones that aren't potty trained. Or if sand isn't what you want there is another area with toys for little kids. They do a good job of blocking these places off so they're not overrun by bigger…

I paid over $350 for a party reservation, and in reality I barely received an hour of actual room time. Our reservation was from 2:00-5:00 PM, but when I arrived they told me and my guests the room still needed to be prepared. We were standing around until 3:23 PM before we could even enter the room, and then they told us we had to be completely out by 4:00 PM. That is completely unacceptable when you've reserved and paid in advance. Communication with the business is also very difficult. If you try to call to ask questions about your reservation, it's impossible to speak to someone directly. Most communication is handled through text messages, which makes it frustrating to get clarification on important details. They advertise a "party assistant," but in reality that person is helping multiple parties at once, so there really isn't any meaningful assistance. I also brought balloons for my son's themed party, but because we had to wait so long for the room to be ready, I did not have time to decorate. The food service was also disappointing. Our pizzas took about 20-25 minutes to come out. When I politely asked about them, I was met with attitude and told "we're really busy, someone will take it once it's ready." If you have a reserved party, food should be prepared and prioritized so it doesn't cut into the limited party time. Also, the pizza portions are misleading. I received two medium pizzas that they label as "large." Also I previously added more pizzas to our party that were not brought out. So of course all my kiddos ate but the adults didn't. Another issue was the guest list and charges. I had already accounted for the kids on my guest list, but they re-added some of those same kids and tried to charge me additional fees. Make sure to triple-check your guest list and final bill at the end of your "hour" party. They even charged for my pregnant guests, which is ridiculous considering they obviously weren't using the play equipment. Overall, the entire experience felt like a huge rip-off. Between the high price, the delayed room access, rushed party time, lack of real assistance, slow food service, added charges, and difficulty communicating with staff, it was extremely disappointing. For a kids birthday party venue and indoor playground that charges hundreds of dollars for a birthday party package, families should expect much better organization and customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because the experience did not reflect the value of what I paid.

Much better than buying trinkets she did not need. There were lots of families sitting around watching their kids too. But maybe not enough chairs for all as it was a busy holiday off from school. We got lot of pix of her this way on equipment she had not tried before but similar and capable to do so. There is plenty of space for the older kids, many her age or a few years older and younger so she fit right in. There is a separate area for smaller kids, toddlers and preschoolers whose parent were even closer by to them. Her father signed her up for an hour which gave all of us enough time. It seemed safe and there was always staff around, picking up out of bounds plastic balls forever flying out of the ball pit and others just observing across the activities.
