Our daughters (8 Month old & 2 Years Old) have been attending Kids Discovery World since they were infants we've always appreciated the excellent care they provide. The Director Suzie , is very gentle and warm. She takes careful attention to details in caring for all the children. I love how the infant room follows our baby's routine closely from feeding to nap-times. My 2 year old also loves the toddler room were she is learning to be potty trained and she does a lot of fun activities. The daycare itself is always neat and clean. They have plenty of educational toys and books for the little ones. Mrs. Suzie is highly experienced in running this daycare. She values quality and safety. Our Daugthers are always happy every time I come pick them up. I can tell that the teachers showers them with love and warmth whenever they're dropped off. It's difficult for parents to entrust their children to somebody else's care, but I can truly say that this daycare has made it feel like home to my daugthers. Thank you for being the best! For anyone that cares about their kids warfare pls, read this carefully. Taking your kids to this center is at your own Risk because the owner values money than your children. I and my 4 kids ages 0-4years, had a horrific experience at this daycare today. The Administrator Mal Fernando, Micha (director) and Lizzy (teacher) was so much aggressive to my children and hate. It all started like this. I called the center and told them about my children's interest in enrolling at their daycare Micha told me they can start yesterday at 9:30 am. I couldn't make it at 9:30am and went there at noon and I did submit all the paperwork and I was told they could start the next day at 6:30am which was today. Micha said you would let your case specialist at Ccrc give me a call. I said ok! I left the daycare center around 2pm tried getting hold of my case specialistat Ccrc but to no avail. I sent him an email quickly and today I woke up at 4am got my 4 kids ready and was there at 6:30am. This African American lady was nice to my kids and was attending to them only for Lizzy to ask her to bring them out. So I asked what was going on because I had asked her if they needed anything from my transporter before she leaves due to the fact that she would be the one dropping off and picking them up. So she quickly put a call through to Micha. I don't know what they were discussing but it was a very long call and she requested to speak to me. I accepted and she said because she hasn't received a call from my case specialist at Ccrc therefore my kids can't start until then. I never heard of such and I was trying to explain to her that LA PETITE where they came from never required that and that if she could just let them be in the classroom while I wait at the lounge for Ccrc to open and I will put a call through to my worker and she started yelling at me and being rude. That I and my kids cannot be at the lounge or anywhere around the school premises. Now I find that so offensive and harsh. I continued to plead just give me few minutes for Ccrc to open so I don't have to take them back home and I need to be at work myself. She aggressively refused and already my transport lady is gone and I have no means of going back home. I had to stay somehow with my kids. Lizzy called Mal Fernando and she said the same exact thing that Micha said that we are not allowed anywhere around the school premises and anyways she is already on her way to see me. Before she arrived, Lizzy became so rude and aggressive to my kids. Took away other kids to a separate play ground, and she kept on grabbing toys away from my kids which I find so irritating. Her facial expressions says it all how mean she can be to my kids at my presence then let alone when they are left alone in her hands without me being there. The Director Micha came and only greeted and kept on doing her business. Mal Fernando arrived shortly after and her own wickedness came really hard and harsh. She started to push my kids and grabbing toys away from them. My kids kept on crying, no snacks was given to them and we had come before breakfast at 7am and they couldn't offer them a meal. Mal was all about making money and never cares for kids in general. You can tell it's all about the money because in the midst of that chaos I still maintained my steeze and was looking after my children. Then she came with two books that I should buy it for my older son and that it goes for $75 and I was like really? And in few minutes she came saying I don't know if we would accept you older kid but we would have to watch him for a week to determine. Is that not discrimination and racism? I should have known about this school from my visit yesterday when she pushed my kids outside the door because they were touching things in the hallway. If you are taking your kids to this daycare center. It is at your own risk because there are only few teachers that really cares about your child and how they handle your hard earned money. It was really a pathetic experience and if I had done one video recording about my experience today that center would have crumbled, she will pay a fine and possibly go to jail for abusing my kids. I hope and pray no parent goes through this catastrophic experience from this demonic lady Mal Fernando and Micha. In all they couldn't even apologize for not communicating effectively because for a fact they never told me it was very important for them to receive the call before bringing my kids. I wouldn't have wasted my time and deprived my kids breakfast and sleep that early. Even my 9month old baby had nothing to eat nor water given to her, that's to show you how cruel this people are. Finally my case worker called and I told him about my experience and had to change daycare immediately. Thank God my children will never have to experience such a tragedy again. read more

to start with, they have good facility and environment for learning , but the sad thing is that some of the instructors are demons , they have zero relationship and communication skills, always yelling and grabbing things from kids as if they have transferred aggression from their ancestors . Mia and Lizzy are the worst human beings I have met in the school system . I don't think they have the calling of being under childcare , they should join the force and serve the country better instead of taking their personal grievances to these little ones. I love this place! My family has been with Kids Discovery world for many years now and I have always experienced a warm and friendly atmosphere. The facilities are always clean. This place is not a good place to work. The management is very rude. But the staff there are very nice. They will throw teachers in there without giving them guidance as to how they want things done. I was yelled at in front of other staff rather than being taken to the office to discuss the situation, staff says this happens often which is very demeaning and humiliating. I hope the management learns how to be more friendly. read more

If I could give less then a star I would. Don't waste your time or money. The "director" Susie is a joke. She tried to push a state funded program on my son. when I refused to put him in it she came up with an excuse as to why the center could no longer watch him. Then didn't refund me the money I just paid for the weeks care. I had to leave early from work that day and missed work the rest of the week so I could find another center at the drop of a hat simply because I wouldn't comply so the center could get more money. read more

This is a horrible preschool. The director, Ms. Suzy is very involved in your business and will over step to tell you how to parent your child every chance she gets. The staff has very little training and there is a large turn over, so you never know who is with your child. They don't know how to give appropriate discipline either. They told my son that they would come to our house when he was sleeping and steal his toys. The owner, Ms. Mal who is also a teacher doesn't know how to work with children either and is very unprofessional. If you allow your child to bring a toy or stuffed animal to school, they will take it away and hold it over their head for months. This school has been written up by licensing for many things. This school is also dirty and unorganized with student belongings. read more

My baby went to this daycare for only 4 months. A few of the girls were really nice but the manager Suzie is very nosey and in everyone's business! If you get any kind of assistance she tries to belittle you and ask all kind of questions like she a spy for the program. Everyday they ask me what time is pick up for my baby if she coming on Friday, are you going to work or somewhere else?! Etc. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone. And one of the evening daycare workers don't even speak enough English to answer a question. read more

My kid has been coming here since she was 2 years old, shes 5 now and loves it so much! Being a single father, has made me skeptical of a great many things, but Kids Discovery World has made me feel comfortable since day one, leaving my only child in their care. Now i'm engaged and my fiance also has a 5 year old, so the girls come here together, and man they love it. The level of personalized care and education they receive priceless, and my kid has learned so much. Not just curriculum, but how to control her emotions and funnel them into something fun and creative. I will forever be grateful for this place. It has, and continues to be a wonderful place for my kids. The staff and owner deserve awards for the job they do. Bring your kids here, you won't be sorry! read more

My son started here when he was 3. He was very shy and I worried it would affect his learning. This establishment along with its magnificent, talented staff, masterfully and gently, brought my son out of his shell. Most importantly, they taught him so much! By the time he was in pre-k he knew all his numbers, colors, alphabet, and sight words. I was hooked, and when the decision came to put him in a free public kinder program, or pay and give him a continued excellent start in education, there was no decision. The answer was clear. He continued here thru kinder. I only wish (since this is my last kid) that my grandkids could live close and attend here. Mrs. Suzie is the best most caring director. Mrs. Mal is an excellent teacher. My son loves to learn thanks to her. I am confident my son will flourish from the benefit and quality of this daycare. My only wish is that my son could have attended longer(it only goes to Kindergarten) but, kids grow up...sigh. I strongly recommend this daycare. read more

The daycare it's self was amazing. My kids learned so much while being there. I was extremely disappointed with some staff members, one in particular, that makes you feel horrible for getting assistance. I work full time and needed the help with my daycare. Suzie who seems to be the manager of the daycare. She was always rude and treated some parents like trash. I don't know if it's just the state assisted parents but you could definitely see her change in attitude towards different parents. If you don't mind dreading walking in because she sits right in the front or leaving there after dropping off or picking up your children and feeling horrible then this daycare is for you. While there my 2 year old thrived! He knows all his abcs and colors. Can sing all of the nursery rhymes. I was so happy with how great the kids were doing that I ignored my instinct to find another daycare for a long time. I wouldn't recommend this daycare unless you absolutely do not have a choice simply because of Suzie. These are the people you trust with your children! read more

My daughter has attended this school since she was 3 months old and now she is 4years old..I was one of those parents that searched all schools for the right one and kids discovery world was what I found...my daughter and myself absolutely love this school. I couldn't ask for a better one. Susie is so kind and compassionate. She definitely puts the kids first. My daughter has learned so much since she has attended this school..I will and have recommended this school to any and all my co workers. The teachers are also great and work well with all students. As a previous preschool teacher and a current nurse, I set my standards high and this school has definitely met my standards. read more

KDW deserves 5 stars on their customer service. If your looking for a great school you need to look know further you've found it at KDW. Where people are kind and loving to your children and treat you with upmost respect. Iam always welcomed when I enter the door. Susie is the best she looks out for me and my daughter. She puts the children first that is her main priority. My daughter is always a happy baby when I pick her up, Susie loves her and makes her smile she treats her as one of her own. Before you talk about someone get to know them first. As far as just for a paycheck. She doesn't have to be there, shes doing it out of the kindness of her heart. People with tattoos shouldn't be judge when you already have one. This school is way better since Susie became the Assistant. It's more organized clean and filled with better teachers that work really hard at what they do. She has turned KDW into a better school. read more
