We had such an amazing time here! We came here to celebrate my little cousins birthday. They have a toddler section (for those still in diapers) and it was perfect for our girls. They were the only ones there at the time, so it was as if it was their own personal playground. The staff was extremely friendly. It was $19 for one child and two adults enter in for free. You needed to have sock, but if you don't, they have you covered. They also had snack available to purchase. They also have birthday packages available. Parking is right outside the door. Great place for the kids to cut loose, not a lot food options an the snacks they have ARE priced very high, but your not there for the snacks. The date is 10MAR24. This place is overcrowded and unsafe. It is understaffed and under resourced for the amount of children that are allowed in. I witnessed a child receive a crushing injury to her foot and ankle when another child ran into her in the electric cart area. There was zero employee supervision or safety protocols in effect in that area. I notified the staff on duty of safety concerns and did not feel they were receptive. This franchise can afford to mitigate risk. Do not recommend. read more

Horrible service, discrimination at its finest, spent 500$ for a birthday party....food was nasty, they didn't give a birthday cake and told us the day before that we would have to bring our own cake, we did our own decorations, no one serviced the party-they had our guests bring over the drinks to the table, made only, I repeat ONLY OUR guests take off their shoes, manager lied and told us that we would receive a refund and we never did. My granddaughter flew in from Arizona to have this birthday and we were treated horrible..the discrimination was unreal!!! This is 2023, even though this is "Indiana", my voice, our voices will still be heard!!! If I can deter one person, one family, from experiencing a joyous occasion turned into a disaster, a nightmare then I will. It was never about the refund as much as it was about righting your wrongs...you choose the low road and I choose a different road...keep the money obviously your company is struggling and need it more than I do!!!! We had a nice time bringing our toddler here on a weekday evening. The tot section kept her busy for a while, but we were actually able to take her over to the older children section. I thought the day pass of $20 was competitive relative to similar options in the area. Fun place to let the kids burn off some energy! Giant jungle gym, dance floor, ball pit for smaller children and bumper motorcycles. They also have a few cool claw machines. I would recommend that if your kid plans on going down the giant pink slide or even the smaller purple slides, that they wear pants to cover their legs. Most places with a large slide like this have a cloth sack or something similar to ride down on. Kids empire does not. But it's still very fun!! read more

This place needs more improvement.A friend had a party there and they didn't supply everything that was included with her package. They kept messing up her package they didn't supply her for the pizzas even though she paid for them, there wasn't a manager on site and there were 3 people who had no idea what to do or how to run that place. There was another party there and they didn't receive everything with their package either. Never going there again. My friend tried to get a refund the next day and no one could tell her where the manager was because they were on " vacation" and she paid a lot for that dirty place. Not worth it. read more

Awesome place for kids to play! Hours of entertainment. Kind of expensive, $19.90, but we'll worth it. That price gets you in all day, even if you leave for awhile and come back. Very clean and very cool inside (if you are just watching, bring a sweater). Adults can climb and play as well. Colorful, clean, and fun! read more

Came to this location for first time staff here is very rude we paid and waited close to 10 mins to get inside the play area and none of the staff would pay attention to let people in and out once I asked and lady and no courtesy or apology and told me right away to take off shoes but I see most of the adults waiting inside with shoes on. I told her if you have policy then put a signs not just racially target people. I would not recommend this place ! read more

Great place. Cheap fun, it's a big jungle gym for kids. They also don't charge per parent. It's a flat 20 dollar fee per child. Weekdays it's empty and you have the place to yourself. Definitely great value. It's an all day pass, you can leave and come back. There are no arcade games, just a climbing gym. read more

This place needs a deep clean and new management, the manager is completely focused on the wrong things. She seems to want bully the adults paying to be there but cannot take the time to put the children's safety first. Loose pills and lost items all over. I realize there are not a lot of indoor kid friendly play places on the South side but this place is extremely overpriced for what the kids can play on. A huge portion of the space is tables and chairs for I assume, birthday parties. It is just under $20 for any kid over one year. I brought my 2 grandsons age 4 and 1 on a Wednesday morning. The climbing equipment and slides were fun for about 30 minutes. They do have a small and very dark area under the equipment that has giant Lego type building blocks. These were fun but the area was very poorly lit and you can't really keep an eye on them from outside the area. I really wanted to like this place but Greenwood playgrounds and library are free and serve a the same purpose. Unfortunately I can't justify the cost to using it again. read more

PLEASE READ!! I recently decided to throw my daughters 5th birthday party at Kids Empire Hardegan on Sunday, September 24th 2023, and I wanted to share our experience. Her party was for 10 kids and paid for in full a few days before the event. Come the day of the party we check in at 1:35 and the staff was very inattentive and the space isn't cleaned nor set. My sister set up the tables and swept the floor! Two nice sized piles of dirt and food was swept from the small area. When I asked the staff about the cleanliness she stated that the company doesn't have a overnight cleaner. So none of the equipment that the children are playing on is never sanitized and the floors were disgusting. The staff with the bad blue wig did come out and mop the floor during the time of my daughter's party and left cleaning solution at one of tables the entire party. They give you gallons of water and 2 liter bottles of drinks. They have unlimited gummy bears which they just pile up on paper plates and give to people no packaging just out of a bulk bag of gummy bears. I don't know if gloves were used or anything honestly. They do not have any pitchers nor ice at the facility. We had no party attendant and literally had to come and ask for everything while the staff laid around on counters or in the back room on their phones! The pizza that is apart of the party package was supposed to be ordered and there by 3pm. The staff never let us know anything and when I inquired about the time of the pizza being delivered ( because they do not have any food they order it from somewhere) at 3:30 I was told the pizza would take another 45 minutes to an hour to arrive! The pizza never came and the staff never said anything else about it! The kids had a nice time on the equipment but were starving and had to just eat snacks that we brought and cake. No staff knew who their manager was because they claimed he hadn't had his first day of work yet and couldn't get in contact with their supervisor to be spoken with about the upkeep of the facility and the party coordination! The staff were the absolute worst and were all lazy. We ended up leaving the Party 45 minutes early feeling completely ripped off for $400 bucks! This company needs some major help when it comes to customer service and with cleanliness of the facility!! read more

What an an awesome place for kids to play and hang out. There is a spot for kids in diapers to play and they have a huge spot for the older kids to go and play and get some of their energy out. there are 3 different levels and slides and even a small soccer field. its only $20 for an all day pass. you can go in the morning leave and come back later just keep your receipt. read more

My mom and step dad took my daughter, myself, my sister, and her son 9/13/23. My daughter and nephew are both 1. Extremely baby friendly ( they have their own area) and everything is padded! We played for about 2.5 - 3 hours !!! $20 a kid isn't bad when you realize you could go when they open, leave and come back ( same day ) as long as you keep your recipe! No outside food or drink, I think they let you bring water! Their food is very high priced and is more of a snack selection. Unfortunately, a bag of chips was $1.75 ( the tiny bags ). The floor is also very slick - recommend to buy grip socks before coming, something similar to sky zone socks especially for the little ones ! ( and a change of sock since you will be walking around where some walk with shoes ). Overall it was an amazing experience and we even went to the bigger side ( my mom and step dad while we watch the kids and my sisters and I while they watched the kids ).
