I booked my son's party at Kids Empire in good faith, expecting a fun, safe, and organized celebration. Our party was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but we weren't admitted until 2:50 PM, and our guests even later. By the time everyone finally got in, several families had already left. Despite this, no refund, credit, or solution was offered. They had everyone standing in the lobby with one person checking in ten parties at once while another handled walk-ins -- total chaos. The facility was overcrowded and unsupervised, with no staff watching the play area and angry parents arguing after being refused refunds or entry. Afterward, I looked up other reviews and realized this is a pattern -- countless 1-star reviews describe the same thing: overbooking, delays, no refunds, and being completely ignored afterward. This company clearly has no systems or accountability in place. To make things worse, they charged me for a cake I never got, claimed they'd deduct $30, then refused to reimburse me when it wasn't taken off. And the "endless gummies" they advertise? None. Not one. I even emailed before the party after learning they'd booked ten parties at the same time -- no response. It's obvious no one is reading or acting on concerns before these events. Kids Empire needs to be held accountable for repeatedly ruining what should be special moments in families' lives. When you pay nearly $40 per child, this kind of negligence and deception is unacceptable. Thankful for our host who was able to make the day somewhat salvageable! Feel bad for these employees who are thrown into an environment where they will continuously fail due to corporate management who only care about $$$ and not the customers who support them.

Wow! So happy this opened! Perfect for those rainy & cold days. My son and his friend had a blast they are both 3 years old and we can't wait to come back with his friends and cousins. It's also nice that they have an all day pass so you can come and go when you want! The staff could be more knowledgeable, we asked how much are private parties and how much the motorcycle rides were and they were unsure. We stayed here until 915ish because the staff played a good bye song about leaving. The playground doesn't close until 10pm and they were cleaning up and giving us looks to leave. My son and his friend had a blast and they didn't want the fun to end. I felt like telling us to leave at around 915pm was kind of annoying. Overall it's a nice place!

My friend booked the tickets, so I thought we were only feeding goats, but we got a tour of the entire farm and got to interact with a lot of their rescues/residents there. The animals all appeared to be well taken care of and happy, which is the most important part. I 100% recommend buying a ticket and making the trip out to visit. Worth every penny :)

Rose Bridge is a sanctuary and working farm on land once owned by William Penn. Since 2013, the farm has become a 'forever home' for over 300 animals. Many of the animals are rescues from dairy farms, livestock auctions or other scenarios where they were at risk. They have several different activities, we opted for the Farm Fest, which combined several of the activities. The Farm Fest includes a mini farm animal husbandry tour, baby animal cuddling time, hands on craft activity, a beverage bar and an outdoor fire pit. It lasts about 2 hours. There were many parents there with children, but also adults like us by themselves. There are two times - 4-6 and 6:30-8:30. We went on the 4:00 tour. It was great! It was very interesting hearing how the animals came to the farm - it was so heartwarming to hear the stories of saving so many animals. However, I wasn't expecting the 'cuddling time' to be so much fun. We started with the goats - so friendly! They were nuzzling and 'pawing' us - I sat down and several came to me and wanted to be rubbed or held. I even had an opportunity to feed a baby goat its milk bottle! We interacted with pigs, sheep, a beautiful thoroughbred horse and a donkey! It was a very special experience! Afterwards we all went to a large barn and made crafts - specifically little planters we decorated, added dirt and seeds (large selection of flowers and vegetables seeds) to take home as a little souvenir. We had a dinner reservation so we left before the fire pit activity. Overall, it was a wonderful experience to be with these farm animals and to support such a worthwhile project.

Lanes were not cheap and are very limited because more than 75% of the lanes are being repaired. They were even working on them on a Saturday night which was a little distractive while trying to focus on getting your ball down the lane. The lanes were unique and that the pins odd strings on them and that's how the pins were reset. My least favorite thing about the bowling alley was that when the balls were returned, they came at a high speed and if your fingers were in the wrong place or you were trying to get a ball at that time, you could really injure your fingers getting them pinched between balls. I included a video of how quickly the ball sneaks up and how concerning this would be especially if a child was playing. During our game, we ordered food and non alcoholic drink drinks from the bar. This is a BYOB so you can bring whatever you want to drink and they do have some mixers that you can buy if you don't bring your own. The food didn't get great reviews. There was one bartender and unfortunately she wasn't there about 50% of the time. There were often periods of time no one was behind the bar for periods long enough that I had to return for my turn to bowl. The video games are expensive. I bought a $20 card and was shocked to see how quickly it ran through. I personally didn't opt for the glow mini mini golf but that did look fun. My favorite activity was the bumper cars. Be warned, some of them do fully invert! I feel like Dave and Busters at Franklin Mills provides a better bowling arcade interaction and has better food and bar services. This place really felt designed to cater to children rather than adults and children. I didn't have a bad time but I would probably not return to this location.

If I was looking the place up myself I could have found that info but since we were invited for a party I did not. From start to finish, the team was so thorough and thoughtful -- every detail was communicated clearly, and they made it incredibly easy to custom-create the perfect celebration. As a parent, I really appreciated the amount of choice they give you when planning the activities. You're able to tailor the schedule to match your child's interests, which made everything feel really personal and special. The space itself is amazing -- clean, colorful, and totally engaging for the kids. The party host was fantastic -- completely hands-on and involved with the children from beginning to end. She led structured games, songs, and activities that kept the kids engaged and excited, but there was also just the right amount of time carved out for free play. The balance was perfect, and every child left with a big smile. They take care of everything -- setup, cleanup, and even walking everything out to your car at the end. It allowed me to truly enjoy the day without stress, which as any parent knows, is priceless. I ordered the food through them (which was fresh and delicious) and brought my own dessert, and both were big hits. If I had one single piece of feedback, it would be that I wish the party could've lasted two hours instead of the standard 90 minutes -- but honestly, that's a small thing compared to how wonderful the entire experience was. I would absolutely book another party here in a heartbeat. Thank you, Romp n' Roll, for helping make Ezra's birthday so special!
