I've been here a few times for normal play time. My son enjoys it, he usually has a friend with him or makes a friend there. It's clean and its was like 19 bucks to get in. Now beware! We thought this would be a great place to host his birthday party. I couldn't have been more wrong. DO NOT DO A PARTY HERE! They overbook parties crasy. We got there 15 minutes before the party was suppose to start. They were so unorganized, they take no priority to the preplanned party guest, you have to wait in line with everyone (multiple other parties and normal guest) , which takes like 30 minutes. So you don't get your full time. When I ask, do party guest have to wait in this line I got a stupid look and YEA! Why wouldn't you have a someone outside helping birthday party guest. I was so frustrated at this place that it took me months to even think of going back, but my little guy asked. I would proceed with caution with this place. I booked my son's party at Kids Empire in good faith, expecting a fun, safe, and organized celebration. Our party was scheduled for 2:00 PM, but we weren't admitted until 2:50 PM, and our guests even later. By the time everyone finally got in, several families had already left. Despite this, no refund, credit, or solution was offered. They had everyone standing in the lobby with one person checking in ten parties at once while another handled walk-ins -- total chaos. The facility was overcrowded and unsupervised, with no staff watching the play area and angry parents arguing after being refused refunds or entry. Afterward, I looked up other reviews and realized this is a pattern -- countless 1-star reviews describe the same thing: overbooking, delays, no refunds, and being completely ignored afterward. This company clearly has no systems or accountability in place. To make things worse, they charged me for a cake I never got, claimed they'd deduct $30, then refused to reimburse me when it wasn't taken off. And the "endless gummies" they advertise? None. Not one. I even emailed before the party after learning they'd booked ten parties at the same time -- no response. It's obvious no one is reading or acting on concerns before these events. Kids Empire needs to be held accountable for repeatedly ruining what should be special moments in families' lives. When you pay nearly $40 per child, this kind of negligence and deception is unacceptable. Thankful for our host who was able to make the day somewhat salvageable! Wow! So happy this opened! Perfect for those rainy & cold days. My son and his friend had a blast they are both 3 years old and we can't wait to come back with his friends and cousins. It's also nice that they have an all day pass so you can come and go when you want! The staff could be more knowledgeable, we asked how much are private parties and how much the motorcycle rides were and they were unsure. We stayed here until 915ish because the staff played a good bye song about leaving. The playground doesn't close until 10pm and they were cleaning up and giving us looks to leave. My son and his friend had a blast and they didn't want the fun to end. I felt like telling us to leave at around 915pm was kind of annoying. Overall it's a nice place! read more

Great equipment and plenty of space. All of the spaces were very clean and there was plenty of seating.

My toddler had so much fun here when we were visiting the area for the holidays! While there is a little toddler area with a ball pit, a few slides, and other soft play equipment, we spent most of the time in the large play area as well as the glow in the dark dance space. There are so many slides to choose from! My daughter really liked the rolling bar slide. A couple were so steep I was nervous to go down with her but we did ok. The go kart mini track, while extra, is the first time I've seen anything like it. We have several indoor playgrounds near my home but none this size. It's easy to spend all day here-and that's what the admission is: all day play. I would definitely bring my kids back the next time we are visiting our relatives nearby. read more

Please stay away if you are thinking of booking birthday parties. I decided to do my son's bday here for the first time and it was a total chaos. They overbooked and claimed they were having computer issues on the day of so they did not let us check in for our party on time. Few days Prior to the party; they inform us that there will be 10 parties on the same day at 2pm. I was already questioning the capacity and wondering how they would be able to manage that many parties in that small place. Of course, on the day of there were no preparations to ensure a smooth check in. There was only one person trying to check everyone in. It wasn't until almost an hour later did they have more employees to come help with the check in process but it was still chaos as the small lobby in front was filled with kids and angry parents and guests. The long line continue outside of the facility. Our party time is 2pm but we didn't get to go in until 2:40pm. We also did not get any unlimited fruit gummies that they had advertised in the package. The dragon mascot did not come by our table nor did we got any kids empire balloons decorations like other tables do. We will never host any parties here again. read more

Only getting 2 stars because the kids actually love this place and there are not any similar things in the area. This can be the only way that this place still operates. The staff is HORRIBLE every time. They are understaffed and completely hate their jobs clearly. They have a no shoe rule which I can understand on the equipment or if there were clean floors. But you will need to throw your socks out after walking on the disgusting floors. The staff pick and choose who is allowed to have outside food/drink even if there are several people with outside items. We've had two birthday parties here and the kids had fun but again for the price per kid to be double the admission cost we should not have had such an issue with the set up or staff. I've never not tipped our party hosts and I wouldn't even be able to tell you who was suppose to be supporting the parties. I never wrote a review before because I thought maybe this was a new operation issue, but it's not. It's a management problem. They make no attempt to provide any reasonable accommodations for disabled individuals and get angry when people try to explain an accommodation. Just know what you're getting into. read more

i would really give this place 1 star for how atrocious and unfriendly their service is. i cannot believe a children's place has such unfriendly employees. the girl at the front gave so much attitude for no reason. but... it's super clean and very unique indoor playground for kids! my kid loved this place. the slides are actually pretty steep and a little scary because it is so fast... but fun for grownups haha would come back to this place but seems like birthdays are a no-go according to the other reviews. hope they change their management read more

NOT WORTH IT! THIS PLACE STOLE OUR MONEY! We had our daughter's birthday here. It was extremely expensive! For the amount of money we spent for 2.5 hours - it should have been hassle free. They provided bags, drinks, and seating for 23 kids but charged us for 25 kids. We didn't catch it on the day of due to the hustle and bustle. When we did there was confusion on what was owed. This was escalated to corporate customer service (if you'd call it that) but they immediately closed our case because they "couldn't find sufficient evidence of our claim" due to the confusion. No understanding, no conversation, no looking at any transactions. We've reached back out after but received radio silence since. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM EMPTYING YOUR WALLET FOR AN EXTENDED HEADACHE AND THEFT! WE DID NOT HAVE 25 KIDS, WE HAD 23 YET THEY STOLE $39.95 x 2 PLUS TAX FROM US!! read more

I can quickly see it was rated at 1.6 stars as I submit this review. I should be grateful they couldn't open on time, sure saved me another half hour of my life. the manager couldn't show up to open the doors, employees and birthday party just sitting outside in a panic. Thank goodness it wasn't my kids birthday party. i brought my laptop to work but it turns out that youre not allowed to use the outlets. the manager quickly came over and said that it must be unplugged because it's a "kids place". Despite being tucked away and cord going from the table to the outlet and nothing on the floor. This "kids place" is obviously "OK" to have electrical cords stretched to the walls for the arcade games. I really felt targeted by her and got a real sense of racism from her enforcement. No WiFi. No wristbands to make sure kids don't leave with the wrong adults. I will never come back to this location. read more

Went to a family member birthday party over weekend! Total fun for the kids, lots of activities. Party was nice I think it turned out great! nice cake! The kids loved it. You must take your shoes off and I get that if you going in on the activities, all i did was walk around and talk and help clean up some of the kids mess at the end and my socks that I had on were so dirty at the end of the day , that I actually didn't want to put my shoes back on! So, my concern is please CLEAN your floors! Kids are playing on the floors as well!! The dancing the slides, bouncing balls and all other activities for the kids were great!! I l the dinosaur! Staff - some were just miserable and not all. One girl with the bandage over her eye, yelling just miserable whole mood showed that she did not want to be there! She worked behind the counter but the whole vibe dealing with people needs to be a little better! Run from this place! Drove to attend a get together for my grandsons 5 birthday. Would not let me in without removing my shoes. I'm in my 60's. Then I complained and the two young ladies at the desk continued to argue with me even after we asked for a refund to be processed. I was also asked to leave before the refund would be processed for two of my other grand children. Very immature staff members. Don't waste your money or time . I had a party here for my son, and if I could give this place negative stars I would. It was the most expensive place I have ever had a party at for any one of my kids and it was the worst service I have ever received. Incredibly unorganized. We were supposed to be let in at 1:45 for a 2:00 party and we were not allowed to entry till well after 2pm. All of the parties scheduled at 2pm were just waiting in the vestibule, so many people that some were waiting outside and no reason was given to why we were not given entrance. Then once we got in we were told to take out shoes off which most of us did but I had a couple family members with disabilities and they were unable to take there shoes off due to it being a danger to them, the staff never asked if they had any reason or if they could accommodate in any way and they never asked them to leave but they called the police for trust passing without any warning. Mind you ALL of the staff and many of the other customers in the building were all wearing shoes. The police escorted them out. Then they had the audacity to ask us at the end of the party to pay for the adults that were asked to leave after only 5 minutes of them being there before kicked out. We did not have a party host to ask questions too they never put out our drinks that were included in the package we had to ask them for the drinks more then half way through the party. They never announced cake time so only my son was sitting there with no other kids around him for cake. It was just a horrific place for a party especially for the price they charge. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
