This was our first time at this chuck e cheese and I will never go back. The cashier did not know what she was doing that the manager had to come over. The children wanted to see chuck e cheese, he never showed. I paid $15 ea for my grandbabies to play in the bounce area to have them close to 10 mins after the children started to play. I was robbed $30 for that fun and have socks. The workers seemed very annoyed to check out the points earned on games. What a disappointment! Love! Love love! This place! My daughter loves the food and honestly it's not that bad. I feel like they stepped up with their menu and have some pretty good options. The salad bar is a must too. I can spend hours here with my daughter and have a blast. Came here for my cousins 7th birthday party and Amber helped out our party! She was great! She was super nice and made sure that we had everything for our party. She was always close by to ensure all our questions were answered. Its been a long time since I've been here and they do not use coins anymore they have a card that starts the game. But they still have tickets, the only thing I think they need is more ticket counters. There's always a line to count your tickets and that can be annoying at times. I booked a party online 2 months in advance and gave a deposit. 5 days prior to the party, I was contacted stating they can not accommodate the number of people that were booked and i would have to cut my list in half. They claim that a glitch in their computer system let me book an inappropriate number of people. I am forced to have to scramble for another venue for the party at the last minute. I was told that I could call the Chuck E Cheese hotline to discuss but there was no manager present at the location where the party was booked. Love this Chuckie Cheese. Every time we bring our daughter she has a ball and somehow we always are here for hours because she loves it sooo much. When we Order our food it is very prompt and comes out fresh and hot even when it's busy. My favorite is the salad bar it's always fresh and always kept clean. My daughter loves the pizza and the celery that comes with the wings and we always get the sweet and chili wings. We frequently visit on Sundays after church. They have plenty of games and Chuckie comes out and greets and dance with the kids and even throws free tickets in the air at the end for the kids to get. We are even deciding to have a party here for our daughter as well. All the associates are very friendly and helpful when you need something. I always have a good experience and recommend this Chuckie Cheese to others interested. Cheese's and this one is definitely at the top of being one of the best ones. It is kept as clean as it can be for a place with tons of kids. The salad bar is very good and always fresh. The pizza is fine not the best but my kids are here for the games not the food. The games are always working and give a good amount of tickets. As a person who grew up with Chuck E Cheese in the city, this place is a revelation. Everything that I remember about Chuck E Cheese from my childhood growing up in the city has been turned upside down. Unlike other Chuck E Cheese's, this place is CLEAN. The games almost ALWAYS are in functioning order! The salad bar is full of FRESH food and the whole place is bright, well lit and extremely SAFE and Friendly! Kids arent able to leave without safety checking the parents with UV stamps, which adds another layer of safety when coming here with your children. They also seem to really enjoy there work, with Chuck E Cheese shows every half hour. Chuck will come out in costume, do a nice little dance around the whole place with the kids in tow and then settle in for a dance routine near the front of the store where they throw free tickets to the kids which they can redeem for prizes when it's time to go! The kids ALWAYS enjoy their trip, and we are always willing to go back due to the very nice environment they have created here. Also, the pizza is actually fairly decent contrary to the greasy mess I remember growing up with! And you can even get some buffalo wings if you are in the mood for something half decent while the kiddies get their game on. Overall, a GREAT kids experience that I'm NOT afraid to go back to! Nothing like the disgrace the Chuck E Cheese' in Philadelphia that I remember going to as a tike and last visited in the mid 2000's. This place is doing it the RIGHT WAY! read more

The new card system that replaced the coins is very inefficient. Children will loose things and after purchasing $50 dollars on a card with a receipt. They could not find or reimburse the card. This is not the employees' fault but they did express that this has happened a lot in the past. So if you're a business dealing with kids I think they should find a more effective way to make it more child proof I did as one of their representatives suggested to contact them at the indicated website and no response as of now. I have now been emailed by them. I appreciate their response and that they have offered 50 free play points for my experience. I would suggest mending the root issue for this is an ongoing problem and will continue to be if not remediated. It may benefit having every card linked to the purchaser for as this will be an ongoing problem when dealing with kids. The coin system was way more effective for me where I had my kids only take one or two from the cups. If they lost those two coins it wasn't a big deal. Another benefit would be they would have to expend energy every time they had to get their coins, this would as well be a way to always have them report back to me and have place to congregate when the place was packed. Thank you for responding hopefully taking into account the issue in place. You have made entering and exiting your facility child proof which allows me to rest easier and entrusting my kids to venture and explore. I will tell you that I do not plan on spending more money at chuckee cheeses if this problem hasn't been remediated. Again your business deals directly with (careless) kids. Very quaint and family oriented type of place, people and children are very friendly. Reason for the two stars, my 7 year old and 4 year old were playing on the jungle gym, my seven year old found two pills on the floor! I researched what type of medication this was and they were laxatives!!!!! God forbid if one of the children swallow one of those! I told Management they should sweep the place to make sure there wasn't anymore... Still waiting for someone to pick up a broom and clean the jungle gym. Fellow parents, beware of your surroundings around the jungle gym, might be some more pills laying around, obviously management doesn't care. read more

I was not expecting a culinary adventure as I know we were there for our little children, but the food was not even edible. They could take a page out of the Disney book and make it enjoyable for the parents in addition to fun for the children.
