It can get pretty busy and you can easily be there for over 1.5 hours so you have to communicate with staff and monitor your time. The space and equipment are dated but do the job. You kinda get early 2000s vibes. On my first visit though, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time which was not fun. The person at the front desk never apologized either which made it worse. Her tone and means of communication were a bit off-putting both in person and on the phone if you're sensitive to the nuances. The other front desk person was fine. Parking is easy. Near Costco and Target. They have another location in west Nyack.

And then I found Ivy Rehab. From the moment I called to my ongoing experience, they were incredible. Tanvii, an exceptionally highly trained therapist runs on sunshine, passion and skill. Like a loving sergeant major, she pushes you when the stretching hurts and reprimands you (lovingly) when you haven't done your exercises.
