Well if your kid has any type of developmental disabilities just don't. I was very open with them regarding my child's new diagnosis with ADHD and therapy etc etc , and the first week was met with texts everyday. The texts regarding that I was not clear with issues. My son was showing signs of issues he's never had before and I communicated remedies to help everyday. Ultimately we didn't even last 2 weeks. We were terminated due to my child removing his own seatbelt. Which in itself is weird. My son requires a booster seat, he's not at the height or weight requirements. And that was never communicated that accommodation would be made. Also maybe coincidentally I talked to them in the morning around resolving some issues. So I understand their liability standpoint but would that not be something to communicate.? as far as daycares go this one should be shut down. The director is by far the worst I've ever encountered and after a few short months I took my kids out of this daycare. they lie to parents and cover things up. they have no structure and talk To the children very poorly. please go anywhere but here. read more

Great center and management, the teachers love the kids and teach great curriculum! Highly recommend for the NE side!

My child went to this daycare and was picked on nonstop by a specific child named Leo. They treated my child as if he was bad for being bullied. I later came to find out after the director tried to blame my son for hurting another child and after watching the video it was in fact the other little boy who hurt this child and they blamed my son making him feel awful. Turns out the child that is the bully and is KNOWN to bully other kids is the directors son. When I asked to speak to the owner I got a letter saying my child was kicked out of the school and signed with "the owners" name. The lady that signed it was NOT the owner she was the directors mother! And the bullies grandmother! They teamed up against my 3 year old child. After speaking to dhs they confirmed she WAS NOT the owner. I ran into one of his teachers a few months after and she CONFIRMED that The director didn't remove her son away from mine and that she purposely punished my three year old son. Her son was older than mine I'm still not sure why he was allowed to run around to whatever class he wanted. I'll also mention the "teacher" that said my child hurt another child was either the directors sister or niece. Be careful taking your children here. Center is vastly understaffed with very few trained professionals working. The staff is very disorganized and doesn't communicate with the parents. My children have come home with injuries and chemical burns and when inquired about they would say they didnt know how they happened or that they didnt see them. The teachers dont have control over the kids and at times dont even know where they are (ive picked up my youngest and it took staff 10mins to realize that she was gone). When I pulled my children out of this center they couldnt provided my kids paperwork (immunization records, physical etc and tried to say someone must be in kahootz in the staff and took the papers). The directors have hung up on us multiple times. Overall, a very unprofessional and unsafe daycare center. I wouldnt recommend this center to anyone. read more

I would not even give this day care one star. The staff is very unprofessional and untrained. They let the kids run wild and set their own boundaries. And when they do they do not like it and try to kick them out. My daughter has received burns from this day care as well as marks scratches and scrapes and have no explanation for it. When confronted about the issues they place blame, and tried to push the issues off on other people. They tried to overcharge for my kids. They have changed the time in and time out sheets to collect money. When I went to try to retrieve my daughters medical records they had lost them, and tried blaming us for taking them or having somebody take them for us. I have been hung up on by the director several times. The staff does not communicate with one another or with the parents. They try to retaliate against you by calling DHS. I would not recommend this daycare to anybody due to safety concerns. read more
