I was very open with them…read moreregarding my child's new diagnosis with ADHD and therapy etc etc , and the first week was met with texts everyday. The texts regarding that I was not clear with issues. My son was showing signs of issues he's never had before and I communicated remedies to help everyday. Ultimately we didn't even last 2 weeks. We were terminated due to my child removing his own seatbelt. Which in itself is weird. My son requires a booster seat, he's not at the height or weight requirements. And that was never communicated that accommodation would be made. Also maybe coincidentally I talked to them in the morning around resolving some issues. So I understand their liability standpoint but would that not be something to communicate.? Also Nicole is very rude in texts and emails but nice to your face acting like she wants to help.!

My 6 year old daughter spent her summer at Handicare. She can have issues with things like being…read moreoutside, being around bugs, and feeling very uncomfortable with loud noises. I was apprehensive when she started her summer program that she wouldn't be able to continue through the entire summer. Not only has the staff helped her through these issues. They've made her feel welcomed and cared for deeply. I myself had health issues this summer and knowing that my daughter is not only safe but she's loved is priceless. This is a fantastic center and I would give 100 stars if I could.
