The booths flow very nicely throughout all three floors. There are a few booths which are 'pinterest gone crazy', but for the most part, their things are fairly 'classic' looks, even if they are pinterest inspired. Customer service isn't too bad; some will ignore you, others will actively offer to help you without being pushy. There was ONE booth on FF that the vendor was more concerned about her clique and social activity than the customers who were trying to look at the items, so I ended up skipping it. Sadly, it's a booth for a store that I just love at their retail site. This will always be on my list to stop in.

Visited the new location on The Plaza, zero customer service. Not once during our time in the store…read moredid someone say hello or welcome us. There were about six ladies working. One sat on a computer talking to the group of girls standing at a table talking. No one was walking around the store offering assistance to customers. (There were about 15-20 in the store.) When my mom tried to engage the group of ladies talking they had nothing to do with it. Their response was "Ha.." and then went back to their conversation. A customer was ready to checkout and the group of girls continued on with their conversation and one of them widened their eyes and pointed to the cash register with her head. Two of the girls walked away and the one left behind went to checkout the customer. I had something in my hand to buy and put it away. Terrible customer service.

I have absolutely no complaints about the staff or cleanliness of this location. This morning, I went to Annie's in order to sell some of my son's items, a few worn and a lot still…read morewith tags on them. The OWNER Annie told me that I would need to them drop-off as she is able to do same day as long as it is before 2 PM (I was there at 11:37 am). I proceeded to pull out my phone to take pictures of the items due to her wanting to drop them off and she stated "I've been doing this 27 years, if you don't feel comfortable leaving them thinking I'm gonna take anything, I'm just going to have you take it because you don't have to this". I sensed she felt offended which was the last thing I meant to do, so I explained to her that it was for my comfortability as this was my first time doing a drop-off or anything with a consignment that accepts the brands listed on the website and had nothing at all to do with her or the business, it was just for me personally. She gave me a slip to fill out and as I started to fill the form out, I suddenly stopped as I then started to feel uncomfortable with her whole demeanor and how she spoke to me, so I said "Well never-mind, because now I am starting to feel uncomfortable" and she responded by saying "Well I really don't care" I asked for her name and she said very proudly "I am Annie, I am the owner". We left and I was just very disgusted with her and how she spoke to me and not to mention my son as we walked out stated "That was not nice"! I see why this business is rated 1.0. If that is how she treats customers let alone a first time customer, then she should perhaps reevaluate running her business because after 27 years of alleged business one would or should have developed great customer service.

My family decided to drive down to Leavenworth for a fun afternoon (bet Michael Vick has never said…read morethat), and this was our first stop. What a neat store! It has three floors--the second level, which is the main level, has a large collection of Banbao toys, which are like Legos but cheaper. They also had many other cool things like models, marbles, and marshmallow guns (and plenty of other things that don't start with the letter M). The top floor had more toys, such as a wall of Playmobile, some German toys, and some more neat models, including models of Leonardi da Vinci's inventions that you can put together and actually make work. There are also some toddler and preschool level toys, like pretend food and Melissa & Doug puzzles and toys that teach skills like tying shoes. The bottom level is a model train lovers dream. We love looking at model trains but absolutely aren't into making them, but it was really cool to look around and see what a model train enthusiastic world is like. Customer service is great. I think we spoke with the owners, or at least some of the main employees, and they were super nice, showing our shy children some of the toys and letting my kids try them out. It was clear that they really love toys and their customers. We left without buying anything, but we're hoping to come back soon and give them our business!
