The staff at Kingdom Kidd is truly amazing. They eased my fears, and after touring the school, seeing how kind they are with the kids, it just felt right. Now my daughter LOVES school. I took her to picture day which was not her usual day, and she was so sad she had to leave school after the pictures. The teachers Miss Stefani and Miss Stacey are so sweet and patient, and you can feel their love for teaching. Miss Emily the Director is very involved and also great with the kids. Miss Peggy the admin is really amazing. She cares and really works with you. The staff truly makes you feel like you are part of their family. I initially decided to send my kids here because my friends sent their kids here and only had glowing things to say about it, and I'm so glad I followed them! The maestras/teachers are wonderful, experienced, and patient. The owner, Maestra Ana, is on top of everything, helpful, and communicative. The school is a Spanish immersion school which i was drawn to. My kids have learned a lot of Spanish since they started, and they've learned so much, and have fun doing it. They have circle time, a playground in back, and a great system in place. They also provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The environment is welcoming, and I feel confident that my kids are safe and in an environment where they will thrive. They also post regular photos and videos of your kids in a school app so that you can see how your kids are doing throughout the day. That's been great for me since I was a bit concerned about their transition from home to a preschool. Also, if you're planning for your kids to joint the dual immersion program at Von Renner, then having them start at Primeros Pasos is great idea to give them a head start. They may also be labeled as bilingual by the time they test for Von renner, and have a better chance of getting in. I heard the dual immersion program is very competitive. The TK program at school is only in English, so that's something else to consider. Lastly, the school accepts CAPP, which is a program by the county that helps with the cost of care, so be sure to ask Ana about it if cost is an issue - because there's help if it is.

Your child will take time to settle into the new environment. It took my oldest nearly six weeks. The school will work with you, so be patient and don't blame the school if your child isn't ready.

What I got instead was several weeks of back and fourth emails, and a check that was finally recieved via snail mail aka USPS. I thought: "FINALLY", cause... hey, we're talking a little over $1,800. I go to deposit it and lo and behold.. IT'S NOT SIGNED. Yes, seriously, they sent me an unsigned check. From there, I went back to the email thread, going back and forth a million times with accounting and random people who never introduced themselves. An aggressive email from a random staff member named Patricia, who never introduced herself or her role in the whole situation. I didn't receive any phone calls, no apology, no accountability. Weeks go by, and I don't receive another check, so I filed a dispute with my bank after attempting to resolve this for over a month. Guess what? I finally heard back from accounting. They tried to get me to cancel my dispute so that they could issue a check again. I said nope! Thankfully, a week or so later, my bank was able to refund me the entire amount after literally faxing them our email thread and the unsigned check. Please do not bring yourself or your children here. The staff here is unprofessional and incompetent and needs to brush up on their customer service. Avoid. At. All. Costs.

Their days are structured and the perfect combination of fun and class work. I love that they are screen free and all of the kids enrichment comes from outside play arts and crafts. Communication is the perfect level for a working family. They contact you when needed and immediately for any accidents or injuries but I don't get multiple calls a day like we have with previous childcare. The staff help with potty training as well. We shopped around for close to a year before we decided to sign little man up for Kidz and never looked back. You know your child is happy and thriving as a parent, we are reminded of this every day at drop off and pick up.

I did my research before hand and was scared to trust anyone beside myself with my angel girl, but Maria came recommended and I can say this is the best decision we have made as a family.
