Then sat us down at chair assistant set up for a exam dr came in taked to us a bit didnt even look in my wife's mouth just went off xrays and immediately said ok we can try numming front office came to talk over cost to extract 2 teeth k nine and lateral top arch. $350.00 per tooth. $700.00 to have extracted non surgical. Never mention anything about a exam or xray fees. Because again there web site states free exams and xrays to new patients. We denied treatment immediately and explained why $700.00 is steep for a simple extraction. Front desk was pushy on getting a loan true there provider to pay it we denied. We have the $ but we will not pay $700 for 2 small extractuons. To not weist there time we left immediately never once any coment about additional fees for exam and xrays. 2 days later we get a email that we own them $350 for 2 trays and a panoramic and a exam. They need to learn what they have posted on there web site false advertising and its against the law and ethics to out the blue charge new clients because they didnt go forward with there over priced treatment. While we understand that every dentist has their own philosophy of care, we often left feeling pressured rather than informed. Instead of discussing options and helping us understand whether treatment was truly needed, it felt like there was a push to add more services. For our family, trust and transparency are the most important qualities in a dental provider. We value a conservative approach and want to feel confident that treatment recommendations are based solely on our needs, not on offering more procedures. Because of this, we've decided to move our family to a new dentist who is a better fit for us. It's disappointing because we genuinely loved this practice for many years before the change, and we hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it's intended.

Three out of the four fillings we had done to our child failed within five months of the procedure. Which caused us to have our dentist extract those 3 pediatric teeth. Recently when seeing our primary dentist they informed us that the final filling that was left from the dental work was done improperly and needs to be redone. We called the practice about them examining the tooth and the front desk said they would, but there would be a consult fee for it. We spent approximately $4500 dollars for the work and the anesthesia combined. It's very disappointing they won't check on their own work where they made a flaw without charging a fee. Do not come to this practice. Would give this practice 0 stars if it was an option.

I took her to Dr. McClure and he diagnosed her differently and explained her teeth had not formed completely but that she did not need to have teeth drilled and compromised because there was no cavity. He protected the teeth by sealing and likely saved her from having sedation/surgery and then years of discomfort down the road. She was also very, very fearful and he & his staff were so patient and gentle her fear just evaporated. I'm so grateful to have found this dentist.

Before we even got started with the cleaning and exam we sat down with the staff and they went over everything so my son would know what was going to happen. This made my son feel included in his oral care not just there to have somebody poke around in his mouth. Amy talked to my son and made him feel like he had a say in what happened. Dr McClure then came and introduced himself and did some magic that really made my son feel at ease. Then they brought my son back for his X-rays and cleaning. Ms. Sheila was so kind and gentle doing his X-rays and made the process very easy for him. Ms. Lisa is a saint that's all there is to it. While she cleaned my son's teeth she kept making sure he was fine and included him so he would understand what she was doing and what he needs to do to improve on for the next time. After the cleaning during the exam Doctor McClure again went through everything with us and gave us a report card that summarized what they had done, how my son was doing, and what we need to do before our next visit.
