I've been coming to the Avi for years and always enjoyed the Kids Quest but this time wasn't pleased at all. The two young ladies working had such bad attitudes. I was so upset when I left it worried my night. Like I said my kids have been going there for 13 years and this was the first and might be the last. Very disappointing! read more

Like the Kids Quest we go to in Vegas, this one in Laughlin is clean and the staff are caring. My wife and I were really worried about our 2 year old (he hates everybody). But, with his big brothers (aged 8 and 5) in tow, he merrily went off to have 3 hours of fun. We checked on them, albeit at a distance since once my two year sees us, it's game over and he wants to be carried, several times and he was just as happy as can be. My wife and I had a nice reprieve with a quiet lunch and some gaming time. When we came back 3 hours later, we found him crying, but it's only because the staff changed him. He doesn't like strange women touching him (that's a good thing...) But other than that mishap, when we were leaving he was saying "bye friend..." Needless to say, we booked another reservation for August... Now only if the COVID positivity rate in NV would go down... read more

Possibly the best child care in Laughlin. My kids beg me non-stop to go there during our stays at the casino. Andrea, the manager, has passion for providing a quality experience and a safe environment for the kids (and peace of mind for me). The facility has a jungle gym in the center, with air hockey, basketball shooter, arcade games, video games, and other activities to pick from. It is secured with double gates for entry and exit. Snacks and full on meals are also an option and you can set spending limits. The price is super affordable (they charge per hour) so it's suprisingly a great value vs going to the arcade and dropping much more in much less time. Highly recommend. read more

We have taken our kids to this place and to the other kids area at another Laughlin casino. Our kids said that they like kids quest at the Avi better then the other place because the staff is always friendly. The kids love to go and play with all of the toys. The staff always interacts with the kids. The have snacks,p meals, and drinks you can pre-pay for the kids. Only down side is their age requirements are up to 12. The Avi Casino itself, That's a different story. The slot machines are super tight. Not to many options and all are high denomination's. This has no reflection on the Kids quest. We still went to the Avi twice this weekend just because the kids wanted to visit the kids quest. read more

We were in town for a family vacation and had booked rooms at a downtown Laughlin hotel after a family member mentioned it had on sight childcare. This ended up not being the case for our 20mo old and our almost 5year old. It was a disappointment. We did a quick google search and discovered kids quest at Avi. What a find! They were so friendly and helpful. Their policies, prices ($9.25 for our 4.5yo, $10 for our 20mo), and hours (1000-0100) were clear and upfront. The place is amazing. Clean and huge with something for everyone (up to 13yo). Our 4.5yo gravitated to the arts and crafts table, the dinosaurs, the dollhouse, and the enclosed play structure. Our 20mo was in the toddler room (up to 29mo; strict policy) and the ratio ended up being 1:1. Our LO gravitated towards the trains and balls. We left diapers/wipes, snacks, and their labeled cups but also opted to leave a food tab ($13 per child for dinner/drink/snack) which is returnable if not used. Our kids chose Mac and cheese. When we picked them up they were happy, well fed, carrying their little art projects, and tired! They got their wiggles out and were ready for bed. We were incredibly satisfied with our first kidsquest experience and would highly recommend it to other families. Andrea was the manager that day and we enjoyed chit-chatting with her as well as the rest of the staff. We will definitely be returning! read more

I bring my kids in when I come to visit my mom, I have a 4 and an 8 year old and they both love it here. The staff is always awesome, and they are really good with the kids. They always have a ton of snacks and drinks for the kids to choose from. They do little crafts with the kids, they have a huge play place and video games. The main lady, she's always super cool, and she always remembers me and the kids. I love that they have a check out system that only allows the people who check the kids in to pick them up, and they require an ID, so not just anyone can take off with your children. I would totally recommend bringing your kids here if you want an hour or two to yourself. read more

I was very nervous to leave my 4 year old but he wanted to stay and he had a blast! He's very shy but felt comfortable enough to talk to the staff. I believe the girl at the front was named Tia and she was very nice and helpful, as well as the woman I believe is the manager. Overall a good experience. read more

We took our 20 month old daughter here yesterday. She had the best time and cried when it was time to leave. It was our first time leaving her anywhere so I asked a million questions. She was in the infant room which is separate from the big kids. All the toys were clean and age appropriate. Everyone was very professional and explained everything to us. Everything was very secure with doors locked and every child had to be check out by the person that dropped them off. They even give you an option to have a food allowance so your child can get snacks. I was very impressed with the entire operation. It gave me peace of mind I was leaving her in a safe place and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. It was my first time at the Avi although I go to Laughlin often but now that I've discovered kids quest it won't be my last time. My boys 8 & 5 had a great time there for about 2 hours. Lots of actities for them to do, they were never bored. We had an issue with a coupon the casino gave us for kid quest and the management was great taking care of it quickly and with ease. Would definately bring our kids back anytime we're here! read more

stay away from kids quest, you are putting your children in harms way. we checked in our 4 kids, 9, 8, 6, and 1 year old. we went to have dinner and and decided to go back and check on our kids. when we walked up to the counter one of the staff members infromed us that our 1 year old had been crying so we told the staff member we would check him out, she went back to the tiny tots room and was in there for over 15 min as we are wondering whats taking so long our 6 year old daughter told us that a boy had picked up a metal chair and hit her in the head. we asked our daughter did you tell the staff what happened, she said yes so they put the boy in the tiny tots room. our 9 year old boy also informed us that the boy had hit him with a controller and pushed him off the chair. there was also another family that had there kids in there at the same time and there kids were also hit by this boy so they moved a boy that is over 60 pounds and playing in the open play area to the tiny tots ( tiny tots is 2 years and under ) were my son was playing and left them unattended. the 4 year old boy started beating on my 1 year old son with no staff in the room, they stated it was because of a shift change. there policy is that there is always a staff member in the room for every 4 kids, but they decided to leave a older boy in the tiny tots room with a defenseless little boy. the worest part of all this is that they were not planing on telling us what happened they had filled out the check out paperwork stating that our son had a wonderful time playing with a older boy. if it was not for our kids and the friends that they made there telling us what had happened we would not have known. the next day we went down to speak to the manager andrea where she provided the incident report, where it states that he was hurt by a older boy and staff witness it. so we have to check out paperwork 1.one stating that he had a great time playing with a older boy. 2nd one stating that he was hurt by a older boy and they witnessed it. we were only provided the 2nd one one we told them what our kids were saying. the manager stated they had over 20 kids and were understaffed. well they should have stoped checking kids if they were not staffed to handle the kids read more

I'm not comfortable leaving my kid here for daycare alone, but we went to a birthday party here and I do recommend them for that. It was fun, they kept it on schedule and plenty of playthings for kids to do! read more

My experiences with this Kid's Quest has always been remarkable! The staff is courteous and really care about the kids, which is what matters most. The kids are always happy to go back, which is quite a relief for a parent (nothing worse than leaving a screaming/crying child behind while you go out and party)!
