Fortunately, places like Pinwheels help take the edge off of clothing and entertaining the little guy! Clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, books, games, strollers, swings: it's all here! And it's all a bargain! Lightly used? Just about everything seems about as close to brand new as possible; *I'd* certainly never know the difference. There's even a "diaper depot" (as I like to call it anyway): a drop box where you can donate extra diapers you no longer need, so that others less fortunate can take them for free; a heartwarming touch that immediately endeared me to this place. The owner is a vibrant, wonderful woman who immediately engaged us upon entering, and make the whole experience a true pleasure. And she has an eye for style, quality, and most important in a resale shop: cleanliness! We bought a pair of shoes and a few toys this time around, but I foresee many return visits to Pinwheels, and not just to re-sell the clothes my son outgrows. This must be a conscious choice, because I could find nary an electronic device anywhere in the shop! Big kudos from me on that point alone! As for the clothing, let's just say, you're spoilt for choice. While some of the items are a little on the pricier side than I would like for a consignment shop, the quality of the clothing here is impeccable: clean, well-organized, and a healthy variety of sizes and styles. Everything you could need for any age, from newborn and toddler, up through the early grade school years: shirts, pants, dresses, hats, coats, shoes (TONS of shoes!), costumes, and all sorts of accessories! You get paid half of price they sell it for and it goes into your own acct. I didn't want to deal with all that and just got store credit for what they wanted. They are a little picky on what they actually took. I had a lot of items in amazing condition but they didn't want it. I've been back a couple times already and will be coming back in the future.
