One of my students she worked with opened up and began communicating so much with the other students and adults. I even saw great improvements in his writings. I was so thrilled with his progress, as was his mom. Another student that she worked with was speech impaired. This student made remarkable progress. At the beginning of the year, I could not understand anything this student was saying. The student became very frustrated. Stephanie worked with her with great patience and it was so amazing to see the growth this student made. I could clearly understand her the first time she told me something! This brought so much joy to the student and myself. I was amazed the progress that this student had made. I think Stephanie is an outstanding person that has a special gift for helping children reach their full potential.

This is not therapy, it's a glorified gym. I would rather get a real massage as well since I'm being billed for it. The billing is crazy too. My niece just started going here. My niece has Down syndrome. After looking at other schools we…read moresent her here. She was excited only to be called if an emergency not even a month later. Her grandmother went to pick her up. Her fingers had several cuts and bleeding. No explanation was given. She was taken to emergency room where they told my sister she has a fractured wrist. And that it appeared as if her hand had been smashed in a door way. The police, DCF Osha and insurance company are investigating this place. And still no explanation. We are not going away. We are going to press charges to the fullest extent. Do not bring your child here.

They have recently increased the security at the front and unless you have a pass, you will not be able to go further than the lobby. All employees are polite and very helpful, and my parents are well cared for when we are there. Cons: They need to fix the mats upon entering the building. There are lots of elderly patients and every single time we enter and exit my parents' walkers get caught on the edge of these mats (a disaster, waiting to happen). There needs to be a better solution for that. Another thing they could use improvement on is the valet at the front. People pull up to get there elderly patients out of their car. There is always a back up. I feel like if there were more handicap parking, this would help the congestion.

An empty garbage would have a playtex glove or 2 laying next to it or on the lip of the can nothing ever seemed to go inside the garbage. If you had to call for a nurse to come in that night, they would never show app if they finally did it was hours later one night, I almost called 911 to get some kind of help in my room.
