Aside from their deep knowledge base, what has impressed me most is the collaborative approach Kurt and Linda foster with their cadre of younger therapists. I can often hear them discussing variations of techniques to employ to achieve the desired results and feel that I am supported by a team offering the best alternatives as opposed to one therapist doing it their way. There is also an evident comradery between the staff and the patients that not only help elicit the results we are looking for but also takes the drudgery out of what is frequently difficult and painful work.
