Unless you have a lot of money to spend, don't go here.Because that's all they care about. They wanted me to go on a $17000+ program for one year for neuropathy, and told me that my insurance would cover $12000 and I needed to pay them over $5000 out of pocket! when I said I didn't have it, And I just wanted the treatment that my insurance would cover, they stopped returning my calls. I feel like they took advantage of a person who was desperate to stop the pain! I saw the ad regarding the neuropathy program. Before they start you on the program, you have to pay $7,000. You get injections in both ankles to start with. I felt excited and hopeful. Unfortunately after months of appointments, twice weekly, I came up empty. Still in pain with no resolution. I asked to see the doctor there. He did several manipulations, sold me hundreds of dollars of supplements to no avail! He curtly dismissed me with no progress gained. My 85-year-old mother with a pacemaker & two knee replacements believe or not is in decent shape except for her Neuropathy in both feet from a variety of underlying conditions. Desperate for some relief after trying every medication, treatment etc. she saw an ad TV and called the number. The office was very professional and courteous insurance was verified & she was truly clear about what if anything would be covered by her insurance. She was assured that it would pay for anything. An appointment was made for 8AM as we explained we both had to be somewhere, and it was imperative that we are timely to be completed and on our way. She does not drive long distances, so I drove the 45 minutes up to this office, which was nice, clean, spacious & professionally staffed it so appeared. 25 minutes go by, and I inquire at 8:25 what is going on? Just a few more minutes. I saw someone arrive through the back door at about 8:20 not knowing the person we would be meeting at 8AM was late to the party. We are then taken to the office where "JOHN" who provided no details as to his qualifications begin his pitch to my mother. He was not the Dr., or he was but he never explained who he was. He proceeded in detail to school my mother for over 40 minutes in what is Neuropathy. Ya Thank after all the years, medications & treatments we might already know the root cause? Begin lectured like a 5-year-old was not part of the plan but I digress. Next up was the testing to determine the severity of the issues. Basic tests then some imaging with a handheld Tablet of some kind where he proceeded to explain that the "BLUE" at the bottom of the fee was no circulations using the comparison of the chair that was also photographed in the image as not having circulations either. AM, I LEARNING IMPAIRED? 1 Hour of talk and he begins the treatment scenarios that would be taken to produce the desired effect of relief for my mother's condition. 1 hour 20 minutes in and he turns to me and says this is a quote. "IF YOU ARE GOING TO HUFF & PU. IN THE CORNER UNTIL I AM DONE YOU CAN LEAVE NOW". Of all the unmitigated gall?"."cause I Know my mother does not like altercation or anything to upset her, I kept it in check. My response was professionally stated. 1st off you were 33 minutes late to our 8AM appointment which we specifically stated must be timely Secondly my actions on my phone your 'HUFFING & PUFFING" had nothing to do with you, I was returning emails and I act out when I am reading or responding to stupidity. Third I stated why do not you get to the bottom line as it was stated this was all going to be covered by insurance, there must be a catch. He then started to backtrack about "HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW HOW MUCH IS COVERED BY INSURANCE" then 2 seconds later hit us with the other shoe dropping, well the cost is about $5,000.00 for the injections that are not covered, the rest is. BAM as we knew that was coming. I felt like the entire thing was out of the used car sales guide. We were then taken to the office where our "FINANCE OPTIONS" of 2 years interest free followed by 20 to 30% if over 2 years interest. Wait, I may want to buy a car instead of listening to this dribble for another minute. The funny thing is the staff aside from WHATEVER "JOHN" was nice even the finance girl was pleasant. The actual theory behind the treatment and therapies sounded like it may help, but unfortunately the 90-minute Sales pitch from the most unprofessional individual I have met in some time had me holding my anger in check or I would be writing this from lockup for assault right now. This is by far the biggest "BAIT & SWITCH" scam in sometime that I have been involved with. I have no idea what type of chiropractic clinic they run, from the reviews it seems top notch, but from my experience with "Whatever" John is enough to spend the time to warn you all. I still cannot believe I let him get away with him speaking to me in that way, but as a good son, I honor mom's wishes to turn the other cheek when I really should have well, I will leave it at that. can not say enough about this office & staff. I recently just went through a horrific surgery of the spine, only to be told I need a hip replacement & spine fusion & I am only 48!!!!! Doctor Cheshire is amazing & has given me relief!!!! I can feel my toes & actually walk. Dr. Mathai & Gabriela suggested an IV Infusion cocktail to help with the inflammation & it worked wonders!!!
