Kat was rude and very condescending and asked like if saying I'm sorry but I provided you the right location and proceeded to say what do you want me to do. I said I wanted to be see right away. And asi said I've known Dr Yousef for a longtime she said that's great so have I. And her expression when I asked to speak with Dr Yousef was very unprofessional. My primary therapist Arjuena is very knowledgeable and caring. Took me several sessions to warm up (mostly on me) and now I both look forward to each visit, having her push me hard and most important the recovery I feel after each visit. The facility itself seem very well equipped for providing post surgery PT. Arjuena adds something new each time and makes sure no 2 sessions are the same. I feel very fortunate to have been assigned to her and highly recommend her. She is very engaged and definitely cares about how I am doing and pain levels. I am truly looking forward to the weeks ahead as my recovery from hip replacement progresses. Also want to give some props to Daryl. He has worked with me twice and he too genuinely cares. I was asked all the right questions, they took x-rays, did a thorough exam, and made me feel like my previous doctor just might have fallen into a rut of seeing me every 8 weeks, cutting my nails, and collecting his money. I know time will tell but I think I might be in better hands here at Happy Feet. There will be one thing I will miss from the old place. When he was done, he always rubbed lotion on your feet. Maybe Happy Feet will read this and take the hint. If you have anything other than a nail or skin problem please go to an orthopedic. I wasted 6…read moremonths being gaslit and told "my gut feeling is nothing is wrong with your foot" and after finally requesting an MRI and being told I would only need the boot for a week or two, it turns out I have a plantar plate injury. When I asked if this was a possibility six weeks ago, I was told it wasn't possible. Please don't make the same mistake I made, trust YOUR gut. Now I wait six more weeks to see if I need surgery. Very frustrating and disappointing.
