The office staff is almost impossible to reach. When it comes to billing and insurance authorizations, unless you are willing to call daily and communicate with your insurance yourself, they will take WEEKS for authorization requests to be sent. This happened every time my child's evaluation was due. Which we never had this issue before kids spot bought out our old office. After getting a phone call the day before my child's appointment saying her speech therapist "just quit", which I doubt because we had been seeing her for almost 4 years, we decided to finally leave. They're a big corporate company and it definitely shows.

Their goal is to get you back up and going in 10 to 14 days if possible. That is the average length of stay here although they do go longer if needed. I have a friend that has been in this facility and five others, and this is by FAR the best. This is certainly where I would want to go if was in his situation.

Every speech therapist and OT as well as Grace M for food therapy have been nothing but professional and personable. Sarah, Patrick, Caylee, Dr. Kaleigh, Angie, Krista, Tara, Grace M, Victoria, have been really good with my children, my children feel comfortable with any of them and that to me speaks volumes. I will not fail to mention the BEST receptionist... all 3 of them! Estel, Tiffany, and Vanessa. They definitely set the energy there and I love them oh and Kim the owner! In June we moved to Florida, and He began speech therapy with Brooke. This was the best thing we could have done. Brooke was (and still is!) wonderful with him. He made more progress in a few weeks with Brooke than he did in several months with his previous therapist. He loves going and never wants to leave!
