My baby refused to take bottle anymore at 6 month of age and was not trusting anyone. When I brought her To Venus Childcare Learning Center they took the time with her and fed her my milk from a spoon for a week or two until she gained trust again. To hear everything they took the time to help my child really made me feel so rested and comfortable to know my child is now in good hands. The care there is outstanding. Prices are very reasonable. Curriculum is play based using the "creative curriculum." I've had two kids here -- one now first grader and one in preschool. They do it anonymously, so you don't have a prove of who did it and child services don't tell you who reported you,upon enrolling I provided school with my second home address which we have listed up for sale and it's the address that cps were provided with, so it makes it clear who reported me as an abusive parent for no reason ( because he had two small bruises on his ankle or shin which my son told child worker he got from his friend in school , plus he's perfectly active maybe he got it from riding bicycle etc..) I hope who ever reads this makes right conclusions , I am very proud of myself posting this review instead of being embarrassed or feeling humiliated , I'm sure people need know how this day care operates and learns from my mistakes. They are amazing! My kid has learned so much and is so independent. She learned some baby sign language which is the cutest thing ever. They do so many activities and keep to a schedule which helps with our routine at home. We've had no issues here. We have had a generally positive experience here. Teachers have always been kind and my daughter enjoys going to school every day. There is an app they use that shares with families what their student has done during the day such as what they ate, when they napped, activities, potty, etc... My daughter has learned to play with friends and because of the curriculum taught each day, she has grown and progressed so much! My daughter will be starting PreK 3 very prepared and we are so grateful for the staff at KU Kids Deanwood.

We've believed since the start that the faculty really loved our daughter and always treated her with care. After the first few shy days and a few tears, she always entered the classroom with a smile and left with the same. Additionally, the community around the school has been lovely. Mothers and fathers alike are open and receptive to new friendships, and create a great, warm, diverse community.
