This place is awsome!!!!!!! On Tuesday my daughter broke her lower "permanent" retainer. Her old…read moredentist wanted $400 for a new one. I just couldn't afford that price so I called around. It was late Thursday evening when this company answered the phone. The girl who answered didn't know how to answer my question so she gave me to someone who could and I am so so grateful. They said since it's just a repair they can get my kid in at 300pm on Friday and it will only cost me $50.00. That's it. No crap, questions or trying to ripe me off. I almost started crying. My daughter and I showed up on Friday and the place is so cute. It's set for kids so toys everywhere, Disney movies on the TV and a beautiful childerns painting on the wall. My 17 year old said she felt a little left out but loved watching and even playing with the little kids when they came up to "show her their toy" lol. She was called back and they greated her like a older teen but not an adult, if that makes any sense. She felt comfortable and I like how she was treated. The dentist came up greated her with a huge smile and asked what happened. Joked with her and then looked at her teeth and situation. He was very serious then but after he was done he told her what his assistant was going to do and what to do for the next few days so it won't break off again. He came to me and asked me a few questions smiled and was just plain nice. He told me what to do in the future when if this happens again. I thanked him and his amazing staff. If you have young childern please consider looking into this place, Dr. Jeffrey McMillan and his staff love their job, very very good at it and I know that if you don't have insurance they will work on a plan with you. Yes he needs to make money to pay the bills and feed his family but he knows kids need their teeth taken care of and now a days things are tuff for families so he is willing to go the extra mile and take care of our future. Thank You Dr. and your staff for a job well done and helping me when I didn't think there was any out there!!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I am in process of going through the facts that they…read moreprovided me with 6 years ago. They stated my child had a cavity in near every tooth. They sent us to go do the crown surgery which took all day by the way. There are other people mentioning Adventure Dental lied about their children having cavities based on them taking their child to a second opinion. I am only 27 years old. They took advantage of us and my naive mind just wanting what's best for my child. On top of that the past two times I went before making that switch, we waited in the waiting room for an hour each. Both times I ended up leaving. A complete waste of time. Please do t take your children here.

Worst dentist we have ever been to!! Years ago we took my daughter there and it was the worst…read moredecision ever. The waiting room is a zoo! He overbooks patients, the lobby is filthy and he spends very little time with the patient. The staff was not friendly and the person cleaning my daughters teeth was sooo impatient and rude. They turned off the lights in the room while cleaning my daughters teeth and had her feet above her head in the chair. The dental assistant was so rough that my daughter cried the whole time! Worse experience ever. She has been traumatized ever since.

My daughter is 16 months. Dr. Cito is very kind and patient with her while trying to work quickly…read more(because it's pretty damn hard to do a temporary filling inside a wiggly/crying baby's mouth). She has 7 cavities! The hygienist was very helpful and sweet also! She did a quick cleaning and gave us some great tips for brushing toddler teeth (when they really aren't having it, so everyday lol). With my daughter being so young Dr Cito chose to put temporary white fillings on her front teeth and Silver Diamine Fluoride on her back molars. SDF turns the tooth black where it's applied (a little off-putting visually, but if it stops the cavity from worsening until more permanent measures can be taken, sounds good to me). The office has a comfortable atmosphere with ipads for the kids to play games while they wait. It feels like they are very conscious of young kids waiting and try to be as timely as possible. Another bonus, their text reminders make it easy to remember appointments We have been very happy with Dr Cito's office all around, and will continue to return!
