The front desk women was kind, helpful and communicative over the phone and in person. We had her lip tie lasered off the same day as the assessment. The doctor was kind, gentle, informative as well as his assistant. I was able to stay with my daughter the entire time and held her hands as the procedure was done. We were given a pamphlet as well as a walk through of how to help heal the lip for aftercare. We decided to do therapy instead of laser off the tongue tie because it was less critical. We were given a recommendation and contact for the therapy. The two week check up was as quick and easy with the same high level of service as the first time. I am very impressed by this business and will be taking my child here until she ages out. Everyone we met with was kind, informative and operating at a highly efficient level. Out of all the doctors we have worked with having a newborn this was the best experience!

The office felt genuinely family-friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, starting early this year, things took a troubling turn. During a February checkup, two of my children were told they needed multiple procedures: fillings, extractions, and even a crown. I requested to book those immediately but was told they needed to confirm insurance first. I waited over 20 minutes at the desk only to be told they'd call me later with a quote. That call never came. When I followed up, I encountered concerning service. The representative--who I believe is the office manager--was dismissive and twice placed the phone down instead of properly placing me on hold, letting me overhear unrelated conversations with other staff. She repeatedly asked if I was "okay" with the cost, despite me clearly stating it wasn't a problem. Her tone and insistence left me feeling judged, as though I couldn't afford the treatment or didn't understand her explanation. At our next visit, we arrived early for our 1:00 pm appointment and waited nearly five minutes before anyone acknowledged us, despite five staff members being present--including the office manager. When I asked about reimbursement if services weren't received, the response insinuated that I didn't want to pay rather than simply providing clarity. My 8-year-old was especially nervous, and while one kind dental assistant allowed me to accompany her briefly to offer comfort, I was shocked by what my daughter shared afterward. She said the dentist told her the assistant couldn't stay because she had "wasted her time." That's not how you speak to a scared child. To make matters worse, I was nearly charged for an extraction that wasn't performed--only numbing was done. When I tried to clarify at checkout, the office manager repeatedly interrupted me and made it clear she didn't want a conversation. She finally said she'd check with someone "higher up," but I could hear her loud phone conversation where she misrepresented me as refusing to pay for services my child "received." That, on top of everything else--including my daughter saying the dentist was "mean"--solidified our decision: this most recent visit was our last. I understand staffing issues happen, but that doesn't excuse lack of empathy, poor communication, and dismissive treatment. A pediatric-friendly clinic should prioritize kindness and clarity, not frustration and judgment.

The office staff that did the billing texted a receipt to me, which upon review was incorrect. She overbilled me by almost $140. Anyone with an FSA knows that they won't even accept an incorrect amount. I tried four different times to get this corrected because all they needed to do was issue a refund for the portion that was incorrect or provide a revised receipt about why the original amount was correct. The office manager never returned my calls, they never responded to emails, and quite frankly I don't want to go in there after all this because they are so unprofessional. So disappointing after all these years of being loyal patients of this office.

I have two children with braces and schedule their appointments together on the same day and time. We use the dental office next door for routine care without any issues. I have provided updated insurance information multiple times for one of my children, yet every visit I am told his insurance has "expired" and I am asked to pay out of pocket. Each time, I explain that I already submitted the new insurance information months ago and that there are no issues at the neighboring office. The response I receive is often in a snarky and unprofessional tone, stating that their system does not communicate with the other office's system and that it is "not their responsibility." I was even told I should have read the contract to know this, which is unreasonable and unhelpful. When appointments need to be rescheduled due to illness or unforeseen issues, the wait time is often weeks or even months. However, when they are selling braces, they seem to have immediate availability. This creates the impression that sales are prioritized over patient care. Additionally, phone calls are rarely answered and voicemails are not returned in a timely manner, making it extremely difficult to resolve issues. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and repeated billing problems have made this office more stressful than helpful. Save yourself the frustration and consider another provider.
