I see the games and activities that the children are engaged in. They are age appropriate and the children are very attentive to what they are learning. Also, I have had my 1 and a half, and three year old grandsons in the program. They are in diapers and have never had a rash when they go home. Also, my four year old granddaughter gets some help with potty training. In addition to that, they do up her hair in cute ways. This is a big deal since she won't let my husband or I touch her hair without screaming. I don't know how they do it, but I am so grateful that they do this. I guess I am meaning to say this preschool goes above and beyond my expectations. I cannot thank the teachers and director of the daycare enough. I love my grandchildren and they do too. I give them a five star review and if I could, I would go even higher. My granddaughter loves going to preschool. I want to see my teachers and my friends she says. It is also a very clean and I believe safe environment or the kids. I have witnessed the staff cleaning and disinfecting things when I pick up the children. To me, health and safety are the most important criteria for putting a child in daycare. The place has a lock with a code on the door to get in. Well today is January 27th and my emails have been ignored. My calls not returned by Sarah, the Director. But of course somehow they were able to getting around to charging me $560 for services never received. My little one has never stepped foot in their facility. I may have a different point of view than previous posters in terms of my expectations for activities in the infant room. I was OK with my kid being in a bouncer or excersaucer at a young age - to me, this is their activity at less than12 mos and I never felt that it was excessive. It has also been 3+ years since that post so things may have changed since then. We use full time care as an alternative to pre-school for the older child and I am also very satisfied with the level of learning she receives in preparation for Kindergarten.

Another huge plus for me is their hours! Being that they close at 630PM, it allows plenty of time after work to run any type of errand I need to before picking her up. There have been oftentimes classrooms are over ratio to state guidelines. When it comes to communication among teachers, it's not quite there. It has become common to hear "I don't know" when asking a question in regards to my child's day. There have been times I have seen teachers not paying attention to kids whether it's taking over the fence while kids are on the playground and their back is turned to them or being on their phone. There was a time I came to drop off diapers and all the teachers were just sitting in chairs. Not one single of the new teachers and assistant director ever bothered to introduce themselves and I can guarantee don't know my name as a parent. Incident reports no longer go home. My child got hit and had a bloody nose and no one bothered to call or send home an incident report but rather just updated in the app. After having a sit-down, the owner and assistant director were not very welcoming in bringing up concerns so not all concerns were brought up. It's very much a "can do no wrong attitude" even when my daughter came home with fingerprint marks on her leg that looked like it had been from holding too tight during diaper changes. Upon leaving, I could overhear them gossiping about me as a parent when they thought the door was shut. It's not the first time though that concerns got brushed under the rug. Sasha has been the only asset to this company and we have appreciated all that she has done. I have attached pictures of the fingerprints, the bite mark from when my daughter came home with (I had to tell them it looked like a bite mark for them to even look at the cameras because they weren't watching and didn't see it happen), a teacher on her phone, as well as the threats. *Since posting our review on google I have received quite the message about being sued for posting our experience which should indicate how well parental feedback is taken.
