They require 120 hours of community service per parent and demand that you pay cash for hours unmet. Every single event is overpriced. Still you pay for it and then they ask for donations on top of it. Principal seems to rotate every year so any ground they gain is lost the next year. Principal always pawns off issues to the Teacher and the Teacher pawns off issues to the principal. Parking is terrible and super limited but they decided last year to close out most of the parking to install solar panels during the day. Not at night, not on school break but the middle of the school year. Stay far away from this place.

They used to go to a Phoenix District #1 Public Elementary and I had to deal with constant calls from the school. My kids getting bullied and beaten up, teachers letting the kids do whatever they want. I send my kids to school so they can learn. NWEC does that. My kids are smart, friendly, polite, A/B students and I couldn't be prouder. I am only sad that my oldest has one more year to go in this school (he will be an 8th grader 2019-2020) I am going to have a very difficult time looking for another school to meet the qualities of NWEC... In someway they have become part of my family. LOVE the Teachers, Staff, & Principal (Mr. Armenta) and not to mention all the kids are amazing.
