I've used the portal to communicate with only for them to respond 4 days later. You cannot call directly into the office, you call the number for their company and they will give a message to that location who will have to then tell the doc/nurse you are trying to get a hold of. Referrals take 7-10 days to get. It sucks because I actually like my daughter's doc, but this place is a sh*t show. This is not how you efficiently run an office. I can't believe this is sustainable.

But you know what, a lot of moms are unhappy with their chlidren's doctors and for once, I've found a wonderful one and wanted to share it with the world! Geez...I sound like some crazed lunatic, but I had a pretty rough week with my daughter (she has some creepy rash) and Dr. O helped us out big time. Other pluses? There is never a wait, she always calls back when you have questions, the practice is uber clean and the nurses are nice. Which is a nice change in an industry chockfull of dirty waiting rooms, hour-long waits and wicked help. So if you live near the Design District and are fishing around for a new doc, go here. All my friends go to her as well and love her to pieces too.

I don't expect her to memorize every child's name that comes to her practice but this is just one example of her impersonality. Henry, the dog and her staff are friendlier. Her staff, by the way are accommodating and patient. She is a straight shooter. Down to business. No warmth,no cuddles, no rainbows and no goddamn bubbles. Get in and get the hell out. Again no problem with her staff. I will never forget how she scolded me when she discovered that I did not realize that my child was autistic. How the eff am I supposed to know?? Smh. I have a new pediatrician now and the experience is way better. And the practice I go to now is BUSIER. But when my pediatrician sits down with my child I see leprauchans and a pot of gold. And no my pediatrician DOES NOT know my child's name by heart either but she CONNECTS with me and child during our visit. Therin lies the difference. I hesitated to write this review for years because of all the glowing reviews. But now I see I'm not the only one. She's not horrible but one can do better. Meh. Oh, but the one good thing, about her is that she is not focused on prescribing unnecessary medicines/antibiotics. I'll add another star just for that.

I paid $6,000 for maternity care and only attended three appointments before deciding to transfer to another provider. After leaving, I requested a refund minus the cost of the care I actually received, which I felt was a reasonable request. Initially, I was offered only a $1,000 refund, which I did not feel reflected the limited services that were provided. After nearly two years of back-and-forth communication trying to resolve the situation, Galina eventually agreed to refund $3,000. However, despite that agreement, the refund was never actually provided. Over the course of this process I repeatedly followed up politely by email asking for updates or a timeline, but the situation was never resolved. Meanwhile, I had to seek care elsewhere and even pay out of pocket for emergency care through another provider. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid $6,000 and after months of trying to resolve things respectfully, I was left without the agreed refund and with very little care provided.

Jessica said that it was viral and it would run its course , fever stayed and Thursday it was super high and I called for an appointment I called at 9 am till 9:30 couldn't get ahold of the office the line was off . Finally at 9:30 they said I couldn't come in untill 2:30 there was no doctor or anyone to see him! How can you not have a doctor or nurse available at a children's doctor office ???????? Regardless we came at 2:30 were we sat in a room for 30 min with a high fever and no one to check if he was ok or not , the doctor comes in another New one because I guess the other new guy they had patients taking surveys on if they liked him or not ??? How professional .... you have to have a survey on a dr of you like him or not will debate if he keeps his job?? So what his medical history should have been why they hired him so they obviously just hire anyone and then do surveys if they make the cut !! SUPER un professional I am comming to you with trust that the doctor is good and will take good care of my child's health ! Anyways they said again he had nothing did another throat culture .....I go home my son is just getting worse not better fever all night coughing just super sick Sunday comes i call them for the on call doctor because here I have been listening to thier advice on how to just comfort care my child and he dosent need anything but that ..... ok I leave a message NO on call dr calls me back I take my son to urgent care which they refer me to go to the ER and comes out he needed antibiotics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
